The Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Dachengqi Decoction Combined With Sizisan Decoction Shenque Sticking Application In The Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoids Postoperative Constipation

Objective:Through clinical observation,Objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Mixed Hemorrhoids Postoperative Constipation with Dachengqi decoction combined with Sizisan decoction Shenque Sticking Application.The mechanism of treatment is discussed from the perspective of traditional medicine and modern pharmacology,so as to provide a solid and effective theoretical basis for the clinical promotion and application of this technology.Methods:The research started from March 2017 to August 2017,which lasted for 6 months.A total of 60 patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids Postoperative Constipation were recruited from the Inpatients of Anorectal Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into the therapy group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Both of the two groups were given routine treatment of mixed hemorrhoids in Anorectal Department;The therapy group was treated with Dachengqi decoction combined with Sizisan decoction Shenque Sticking Application on the basis of routine treatment.The control group was treated with rhubarb Shenque Sticking Application on the basis of routine treatment;The medication observation period is 7 days.Observe changes of symptoms of constipation patients,syndrome of traditional Chinese Medicine,quality of life for patients with constipation before and after treatment.All data were statistically processed and analyzed by SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results:1.Before treatment,the scores of sex,age,courses of disease,constipation symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed,P>0.05,suggesting that there was no statistical difference between the two groups,which was comparable.2.After treatment,the symptoms of constipation of the two groups were improved in many aspects,such as defecation frequency,defecation effort,defecation pain,incompatible defecation feeling,rectal bleeding or tearing,rectal burning feeling,stomachache,abdominal cramps and so on.By Paired t test,P<0.05,which means statistical significance;And the improvement rate in symptoms of the treatment group was larger than that of the control group,By Independent t-test,P<0.05,suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the clinical symptoms of constipation after mixed hemorrhoids operation.3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,According to Rank sum test,P<0.05,showed that the difference in efficacy between the two groups was significant,with statistical significance,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in curative effect.4.After treatment,the TCM syndromes of constipation in the two groups was improved in many aspects,such as abdominal fullness,dry mouth and bad breath,belching frequently,sweating and shortness of breath,tiredness and fatigue,poor appetite,irritability,upset and insomnia and so on.By Paired t test,P<0.05,which means statistical significance;And the improvement rate in scores of TCM syndromes of the treatment group was larger than that of the control group,By Independent t-test,P<0.05,suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control group in relieving TCM syndromes of constipation after mixed hemorrhoids operation.5.After treatment,the quality of life of the two groups were improved in four aspects,such as physical discomfort,social discomfort,mental discomfort and treatment satisfaction.By Paired t test,P<0.05,which means statistical significance;And the improvement rate in quality of life of the treatment group was larger than that of the control group,By Independent t-test,P<0.05,suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the quality of life of patients with constipation after mixed hemorrhoids operation.6.Before and after treatment,the basic vital signs(respiration,pulse,body temperature,and blood pressure)of the two groups had no obvious abnormalities.No abnormal changes were found in blood routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram and other safety indicators.During the trial,0 patients had abdominal pain,diarrhea and other adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Dachengqi decoction combined with Sizisan decoction Shenque Sticking Application has a therapeutic effect on patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids Postoperative Constipation,and it is safe and reliable,with no obvious adverse reactions.2.Dachengqi decoction combined with Sizisan decoction Shenque Sticking Application is safe and reliable,with no obvious adverse reactions.
