Clinical Study On Treatment Of Pain After Mixed Hemorrhoids With Modified Zhitong Ru Shen Decoction

Objective:The main purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of modified analgesic therapy,such as Shen Tang bath bath fumigation to treat anal pain after mixed hemorrhoids surgery.Methods:In this study,a total of 60 patients with mixed external hemorrhoids and external ligation were observed from January 2017 to December 2017 in the Department of Anorectal Inpatients of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Randomized control was used to divide the patients into treatment groups.Control group,each 30 patients.The treatment group used the modified analgesic such as Shen Tang bath bath to wash the anus,the control group used potassium permanganate solution bath to wash the anus,observe the pain of the two groups and other factors affecting pain such as edema,pain disappeared,edema subsided Time,and wound healing time,compared the clinical efficacy differences between the two groups.Statistical analysis was performed on the recorded data using statistical software SPSS22.0.Results : The difference between pain relief and edema after treatment of mixed hemorrhoids and Shen Zhen Tang and potassium permanganate solution was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of pain disappearing time,edema elimination time,and wound healing time were compared,P<0.05.The differences were statistically significant.Modified analgesic,such as Shen Tang fumigation and treatment of mixed hemorrhoids after external stripping and postoperative pain is superior to hypertonic acid potassium solution,and has better curative effect on controlling edema and promoting wound healing.Conclusion: Modified pain relief such as Shen Tang fumigation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids after external stripping and postoperative pain is superior to hypertonic acid potassium solution,and it can shorten the time of edema and remission,and wound healing time,flavor and pain relief such as Shen Tang in the treatment process is not See obvious toxic side effects,and adverse reactions,indicating that its efficacy is accurate,clinical application safe and reliable.It is worth further promotion and application in the clinic,and do further research.
