Clinical Effect Of Self-made Tong Bian Decoction On Preventing Constipation After Hygrothermal Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:By observing the first postoperative defecation time,defecation difficulty,defecation characteristics,anal pain,incision healing time and other indicators of patients with wet-heat wadding mixed hemorrhoids after operation of self-designed tongbian decoction,the clinical efficacy of the self-designed tongbian decoction was comprehensively determined to provide a better scheme for the postoperative TCM treatment of wet-heat wadding mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Sixty patients with postoperative wet-heat staining mixed hemorrhoids who met the inclusion criteria were collected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Thirty patients in the treatment group were treated with self-made tongbian decoction(one dose per day,taken orally twice),and thirty patients in the control group were treated with maren zipi pill(one pill,twice a day).Both the treatment group and the control group began to take the medicine from the first day after the operation for10 days.The first defecation time,defecation difficulty,defecation characteristics,anal pain and wound healing time were observed.The statistical software SPS22.0 will be used for statistical analysis of all the data.At the same time,the adverse reactions were observed and treated in time to evaluate their safety.Results:1.There were no significant differences between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,stool condition score,stool trait score and pain score(P > 0.05).2.There was a significant difference in postoperative first bowel movement time between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),and the postoperative first bowel movement time of the treatment group(35.07±7.69)was significantly less than that of the control group(42.87±10.74).3.There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the scores of postoperative defecation,stool traits and pain on the first postoperative defecation,the third postoperative day and the seventh postoperative day(P < 0.05),and the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group4.The wound healing time of the treatment group and the control group was(26.71±3.57)days and(33.48±3.85)days,respectively.The difference in wound healing time between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.The overall efficacy of the two groups was 93.33%and 66.67%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Self-designed tongbian decoction has significant effects on preventing postoperative constipation,alleviating postoperative pain and shortening wound healing time of wet-heat wadding type mixed hemorrhoids,and can be used in clinical prevention and treatment of postoperative constipation of wet-heat wadding type mixed hemorrhoids.
