Now,the problem of population aging is becoming more and more serious. As a social problem which cannot be ignored.According to the analysis of relevant experts,it is speculated that China's population over the age of sixty will reach 0.487 billion in2050,and the aging level will reach 33.3%.At the same time, the number of disabled,semi-disabled and unable to take care of themselves is increasing. However, due to the structure of " four two one" and the social situation of " getting old before getting rich",the current situation of endowment and medical care in our country is not optimistic. How to effectively " combine medical care with nursing care" has become the focus of public attention. As one of the three pillars of modern financial services, the insurance industry shows its natural advantages in terms of investment.insurance pension community compared with other institutions in terms of capital strength, policy support, tourist stability and so on.Therefore,Taikang life,China life,China Taiping and other insurance companies began to promote their own investment in the process of pension community, the development of a "combination of medical care" new pension insurance model.Of course, the operation of the pension community is not a smooth sailing for Business insurance company, which has many difficulties and obstacles.First of all, most Chinese people prefer home care for their families under the influence of traditional culture. The concept of community pension is relatively unfamiliar to them;secondly, the policy of insurance companies to invest in real estate is in the initial stage, and many details have not been processed and refined. Moreover, the support from governments at all levels is not yet mature, and the policy still needs a period of time to implement. If the insurance companies invest in the old-age community in this period of time,it is easy to touch the policy forbidden zone;third, the old-age community is a new emerging thing, and the domestic related research is less, not perfect, and the supporting personnel measures, such as insurance products, medical facilities and elderly nursing staff are also relatively short. On the basis of consulting many related researches, this paper makes a deep demonstration on the investment of insurance companies in community projects for theaged and the development of a new type of old-age insurance mode of combining medical care with nursing care.Firstly, the case of Evergrande life's " constant enjoyment" pension community is selected to lead to a new mode for insurance companies to invest in the pension community.Secondly,it analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the insurance company investing in the community for the aged.Secondly,it discusses the current situation and main problems of insurance companies participating in the construction of pension community in China. Then, two foreign cases are introduced to make an empirical analysis and summarize the foreign experience that China should learn from.At the end of the paper, the related development proposals are explained: 1,the insurance company should communicate closely with the government, and thus facilitate the benefit of land, tax and other related help.At the same time, the government should also improve and popularize the relevant laws and regulations and supervision system;2,in combination with the actual conditions of our country,we should design a reasonable model for profit.3,To clear profit model, accurate positioning of target customers and strengthen the research and development of related supporting insurance products;4,To improve the service system, strengthen the construction of talent team;5,To seek multi-party cooperation, improve the efficiency of operation and management.
