of feasibility of professionalism. The number of professional training received by managers is less, but they show higher attention to professional training.3.The determination of training time for managers should be hierarchical and time-segmented.Training form should be diversified and innovative.Training teachers should be diversified and it is needed to strengthen the learning of management knowledge for internal teachers of hospitals.Training contents should be separately set according to the different needs among managers of different levels.4.Government departments should formulate policy on professional training and pay attention to the professional training of both senior and middle managers. The training should be hierarchical for managers.Measures should be taken from training time, training form, training teachers and training contents,to maximize the effect of training.
