A Study On Training Modes Of Management Personnel Of Public Hospital In The Background Of Informationization

In the background of informationization, the management of the public hospital meets with a new challenge. In order to keep up with the pace of informationization age, public hospitals should innovative the personnel training mode to supply the hospitals with enough excellent managers. But the public hospital had a long history under planned economy, and there are many problems in the management of public hospitals include rigid mechanism, backward system, difficulties of talents flow, weak service consciousness, bad relationship between doctors and patients, etc. These problems restrict the development of public hospitals. The original operation mode and talent situation cannot meet with the requirements of social development. This paper studies the problem of management personnel training mode of public hospitals, and this has important theoretical and practical significance. The study not only enriches the theoretical content of management personnel training mode, but also life the management level of public hospitals and strengthens the market competitiveness of public hospital. This paper uses the research methods of documentation, comparative analysis and investigation research, under the theories of management, human resources management, and organizational behavior to analyze the problem of management personnel training mode theoretically and practically.
