China's medical market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the General Hospital in the medical technology, medical environment and hospital equipment such as the hard power of the gap between the shrinking trend of hospital management in strategic management, human resource management, quality control, cost accounting, information management and cultural construction of soft power competition, pulled away from the overall strength between different hospitals. In addition, changes in government policy on hospitals, as well as the complexity of the operation of modern hospitals and other objective conditions, the hospital gradually from an administrative change to the business management, making the hospital more lean management requirements, the management of hospital management professional capacity reflects to a large extent determine the direction of the hospital and competitiveness.Professional management capacity is mainly reflected in the management of professional and dedicated, and it can from the external evaluation, analysis and economic operation within the development areas to examine the assessment of the situation. In this study, staff management satisfaction survey, combined with Management group structure of professional management groups, construction and development of relationship between the hospital, described the construction and management of cadres should be concerned about professional management and development dimensions.Research Select Medical Department of the South three affiliated hospitals, as hospital management of the study sample, according to the social science research methods, to develop a questionnaire involving 46 items in eight dimensions distinction, first in 3 cities at prefectural level general hospitals Forecast research, according to research needs, some medical schools to consult a professional teacher, the questionnaire was restructured and rehabilitated.Found that:1. Strong comprehensive strength of the hospital, the staff of the Management's approval of good quality, including:administrative jobs class quality of the staff of managers better self-evaluation.2. Satisfaction for men and better staff management staff in women, levels of education on satisfaction with hospital management was not significant statistically.3. Employee groups, the mean satisfaction with the increase of years of work, showing an upward trend in band style; different ownership of the hospital staff prepared, on the benefits of statistical evaluation of significant differences, the staff compiled the highest average satisfaction.4. Employees of different positions, the evaluation of hospital management differences, mainly in working conditions, benefits, communication support, work and management capacity to improve several aspects, after LSD multiple analysis of variance, in charge of administrative work and staff high level of medical technology approved positions in the staff evaluation. The evaluation of the training and development were not statistically significant.5. Through regression analysis showed that factors benefits associated with the management is not satisfactory, in the current health care system, wages and benefits associated with the establishment of ownership over.National experience has shown that professional hospital management is the only way to enhance capacity in the process of development of hospital management,. for example the N hospitals,which the better management of the overall satisfaction research, the quality of Managers'structure and positions, the gap between requirements and actual capacity significantly, which is currently almost common problems in hospital management. Managers and staff on management and evaluation capacity of divergence, managers has better self-evaluation, while the technical type of staff is not authorized its management capacity assessment. Widespread instances of unequal wages in hospitals, the implementation of the performance evaluation cannot effectively play its role to contribute to the development of staff loyalty to the organization. Acts of the core aspects of hospital management, which that internal communication and management improvement, the changes without the internal staff of the valid approval in the actual work inadequate attention.An example of survey and research results on the related discussion of the professionalization of hospital management building programs put forward workable proposals, including:1) Hospital Management Professional basic rule building on; 2) strengthen the training of hospital manager and development planning; 3) to develop the organizational culture, values and organizational values to guide employees harmonious unity; 4) Remodeling Management professional roles and to strengthen the training of management thinking; 5) Optimization of the hospital management group structure, lean management dimensions, construction management team;6) to deepen the hospital system, improve internal employee performance appraisal and compensation management.To According China's national conditions and characteristics of the legal system, training manager with the "professional awareness", so that health managers to be more professional, should perfect the basic system construction, activation and mobilization of people's minds, inspire the hospital Management practice of professional manager concept to improve medical and health services continued healthy development, protection of people's health services.
