The Study On Regulation Of TCM Syndromes Distribution In Ulcerative Colitis And Correlation Factors

Purpose:To study the distribution of TCM syndromes of ulcerative colitis(UC)and its related factors,and to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method:The clinical data of patients with ulcerative colitis diagnosed and treated by Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,2015.11-2017.03,summarize the relationship between the distribution of TCM syndromes and the related factors.Results:A total of 300 cases were collected,including 167 males and 133 females,the ratio of male to female was 1.26:1,the youngest 14 years old,the largest age of 76 years,the average age of 41.65±13.35 years,the median age of 41 years.The course is 1-29 years.Remission of 77 cases(25.67%),active period of 223 cases(74.33%).There were 14 cases(6.29%)of recurrence type and 209 cases(93.72%)of recurrence type.There were 126 cases(56.50%)with moderate severity,55 cases(24.66%),severe 42 cases(18.83%)in the lesion range,72 cases(32.29%)of the rectal type(El),82 cases(36.77%)of the left colon(E2),69 cases(30.94%).According to statistics,TCM syndrome can be divided into six types,that is,sepsis damp heat syndrome in 140 cases(46.67%),90 cases of chronic damp-heat syndrome(30.00%),liver and spleen deficiency syndrome in 37 cases(12.33%),22 cases(7.33%),7 cases(2.33%)of Yin and Blood Deficiency Syndrome,4 cases(1.33%)of cold and heat syndrome.Colonoscopy performance and TCM syndromes have a certain relevance,UC remission to spleen deficiency damp-heat syndrome more common,active to large intestine damp heat,spleen damp heat syndrome more common;UC activity of large intestinal damp-heat syndrome symptoms,intestinal mucosal lesions More severe,found in the moderate and severe;and spleen damp heat syndrome,liver and spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome symptoms are relatively light,mild degree of intestinal mucosal lesions,found in mild;UC active damp-heat syndrome symptoms,Intestinal mucosal lesion to E3-based;and spleen damp-heat syndrome symptoms are relatively light,intestinal mucosal lesions relative to the local,mainly E1,E2.Conclusion:Clinically relieved period to spleen deficiency and damp-heat syndrome,active period to the large intestine damp heat,spleen deficiency and damp-heat syndrome,activity-type syndromes distribution and severity,the lesion range.
