Analysis And Study On TCM Syndrome Factors Distribution And Medication Rule Of Ulcerative Colitis By Data Mining Method

Purpose:Through the collection of Chinese medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis clinical journal literature,and its analysis and research,to explore the disease of TCM syndrome elements distribution and medication rule.Methods:From January 2000 to October 2015 in the search(CNKI),literature on TCM treatment of ulcerative colitis Wan Fang,Weipu medical journals,to conform to the standards of the literature,extraction and induction of TCM syndromes and drug information,and analyzed by SPSS16.0 and TCM inheritance auxiliary software.The common syndromes,syndrome elements,frequency,tropism,sex and taste of the disease were summarized and analyzed,so as to explore the distribution of TCM syndrome elements and the regularity of medication in ulcerative colitis.Result:A total of 58 articles were included.The results show that there are about 142 kinds of drugs,the use of frequency 2235 times.Common TCM syndromes,the syndrome frequency above 5% syndromes accounted for 6 the proportion of the total frequency in damp heat syndrome(19.72%),liver and spleen deficiency(16.97%),spleen kidney yang deficiency of spleen and stomach type(16.51%),(8.72%),spleen deficiency and dampness type(7.80%),cold heatjumble(5.05%);the disease elements from high to low for the spleen(46.75%),kidney(18.70%),liver(16.26%),stomach(12.60%),Escherichia coli(5.69%);The main disease factors were dampness(32.03%),fire(heat),(28.14%),Yang deficiency(16.02%),cold(6.49%),Qi Stagnation(QI)(4.76%),Qi deficiency(4.33%),and the cumulative frequency was 91.77%;The frequency of drug Atractylodes led,Glycyrrhetinic,dangshen,tangerine peel,Wu Zhuyu,angelica,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Aucklandiae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Fuling in the top ten;(25.42%)owned by the spleen and stomach(16.58%),lung(12.48%),liver(10.42%),heart(9.59%),Escherichia coli(8.37%),cumulative the frequency of 82.86%;(32.06%)according to the bitter and sweet(31.40%),Xin(25.19%),the cumulative frequency of 88.65%;resistance to temperature(41.24%),heat(6.89%),(23.67%),the cumulative frequency of 71.80%;The new candidate: Divine Comedy,caoguo,RadixLinderae,hawthorn,malt,Kawa Ko.The stove,prepared rehmannia root,jujube,aconite,Ejiao subsoil.The honeysuckle,Ge Gen,Atractylodes,Radix scutellariae.Wu Zhuyu,vinegar,Schisandra,nutmeg,Sichuan Coptis chinensis,Fructus psoraleae.The cassia twig,eucommia bark,asarum,ebony.From the point of view of drug efficacy,the highest frequency of occurrence of drug with Spleen Qi,heat and dampness,Qi analgesic drugs.According to the results of drug analysis: the treatment of ulcerative colitis drugs go to the main dirty,and the proportion of the spleen by the highest proportion of drugs,accounting for the first.Conclusion:Syndrome of ulcerative colitis with damp heat in the large intestine,liver and spleen deficiency,spleen kidney yang deficiency,spleen deficiency,treatment with dampness,mainly tonic;resistance to partial temperature,flat,taste bitter,sweet,SIM,owned by the spleen and stomach,which also reflects the spleen dampness as the main the pathogenesis of this disease,the main therapy for Wenyun in ulcerative colitis.
