| Objective: 1.To explore the situation and characteristics of the disease and its characteristics and trends in 71100 hospitalized patients who were discharged from a three-level general hospital in 2010-2015,and to understand the needs of the hospital managers.The rational allocation of effective health resources,good disease prevention and control work to provide a scientific basis;2.Analysis of the 2010 to 2015 the main disease hospitalization costs,to understand the cause of hospitalization costs caused by the main factors and changes in hospital structure changes to Take appropriate measures to control the irrational growth of medical expenses,so that the rationalization of medical expenses structure.Methods: 1.In this study,a cluster sampling method was used to select 71100 patients from a three-level general hospital.The disease was classified according to the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10).The data of hospitalization of the main disease patients in 2010-2015 were collected,and the database was established by Excel.The data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0.,The data were described using mean ± standard deviation or rate(percentage),hospitalization costs were analyzed using structural variability.At the same time,for the different years between the various hospital costs are comparable,the use of consumer price index(CPI)for the cost of discount.Results:1,2010-2015 The main hospitalized diseases are cerebral infarction,tumor,bronchial pneumonia,vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency,unstable angina pectoris,multiple cerebral infarction,diabetes mellitus,pneumonia,upper respiratory tract infection;2.major disease hospitalization Patients with cerebral infarction,vertebral basilar artery insufficiency,unstable angina inpatient hospital patients with the highest average annual growth rate of 40.03%,40.62% and 26.99%,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases become the mainstream of the disease;3.The upper respiratory tract infection became one of the main hospitalized diseases in the hospital,with an average annual growth rate of 15.76%.Reasonable grading diagnosis and treatment was still an important task.4.The cumulative increase in the average cost of the major diseases was 1472.81 Yuan,The rate of growth is 5.16%.Intravenous angina pectoris,multiple cerebral infarctions,cerebral infarction,cancer and other hospital patients were higher cost,and showed a steady upward trend.5.The proportion of medical expenses in the cost of hospitalization is higher,and the cost of medical expenses,nursing care,medical expenses and so on can reflect the cost of medical labor.The cost of medical labor has not increased or increased obviously.Hospitalization increased,in all the large cost of hospitalization,the majority of patients with unstable angina,the age of patients mostly distributed in the age of 50 years of age,medical staff to retire mainly 43.55.Conclusion:1,2010-2015 years,the first few diseases are: cerebral infarction,bronchial pneumonia,cancer,diabetes,unstable angina,pneumonia,upper respiratory tract infection,multiple cerebral infarction and vertebral-basilar artery Lack of;cerebral infarction,vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency,unstable angina inpatients with the highest annual growth rate of the highest,the number of hospitalized patients increased dramatically,it is worth noting that the Government should strengthen the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease health management;Respiratory tract infection to become the hospital's main hospital disease,common disease should be to the primary hospital treatment,to promote the classification of medical treatment process;4.Medicines is the main component of hospitalization costs,is the key to control the cost of hospitalization;hospital costs Although the trend is increasing year by year,but the cost of labor technology reflects the cost of the increase or increase is not obvious,should be appropriate to increase technical fees. |
