Currently,the social medical market form is severe.In the situation of the increasingly intensifying medical industry competition,modern hospital must be based on the needs of patients in order to gain a firm foothold in the fierce competition.This research analyzes the results of the telephone follow-up of the patients discharged from 2011 to 2016,so as to provide a scientific basis for the hospital to improve the service quality and management level.In this paper,on the basis of the analysis of the follow-up questionnaire of the patients discharged from 2011 to 2013,this paper combined the assessment suggestions for revision of experts of various departments,and worked out a standard follow-up questionnaire which was more in line with the current situation of the hospital.This follow-up questionnaire was used to conduct telephone follow-up from 2014 to 2016,a follow-up comprehensive score system and assessment incentives were developed.The results showed that the effective follow-up rate increased from 87%in 2014 to 92.3%in 2016;the satisfaction of the questions in the follow-up questionnaire increased year by year in three years;the follow-up scores of 72%of the departments increased year by year,burn department and ENT ranked top five of the hospital for the consecutive three years;the department of dermatology ranked from the 22nd of the hospital in 2014 to the first in 2016;1571 medical staff were praised by the patients in three years,of which 78 were awarded the title of quarter "service star".Telephone follow-up of discharged patients can effectively increase the communication between the hospital and the patient,and the combination of the telephone follow-up comprehensive score results and hospital assessment mechanism plays a significant role in promoting hospital management and increasing hospital competitiveness.
