| Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture on treating chronic simp le laryngitis formula of type of blood stasis and phlegm coagulation.Method: From February 1,2019 to November 30,2019,a total of 70 patients who received treatment in the otolaryngology department and acupuncture department of X iaMen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and met the inclusion criteria were colle cted.Randomized control was used to divide the enrolled patients into the control grou p and the treatment group.The treatment group was given the principle of resolbing p hlegm,dispersing blood stasis and opening sound acupuncture treatment,include which a cupuncture the smell of Tiantu,Shaoshan,Jianshi,Zhigou,Hegu,Sanyingjiao,Zusanli,once a day.The control group was given the treatment of Kuaiyanzuyutang traditional chinese medicine by take orally,and was given 1 dose daily by the decoction room of XiaMe n Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,which was taken in half an hour after breakfa st,lunch or dinner.Both groups were given a 5-day course of treatment,with a 2-day re st between the courses for 3 consecutive courses.Before treatment and after three cours es of treatment,the patients were evaluated for signs and symptoms of chronic simplel aryngitis,examined by fiberlaryngoscope,and collected the main efficacy indes data of t he VHI-10 sacle.SPSS 20.0 for Windows was used for statisitcal analysis of the collec ted data.Results:1.A total of 70 patients were included in this study,of which 67 completed clinica l observation,1 case fell off in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group,with a total shedding rate of 4.29%.2.Overall efficiacy analysisi:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.35%.The total effective tate of the control group wa 63.64%.The overal clinncal effica cy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.VHI-10 scale score analysis:Both treatment methods can improve the quality of life of patients(P<0.05).In terms of improving the quality of life of patients,the treatme nt gourp(P<0.01)significantly better than the control goup(P<0.05).4.Analysis of the total score of symptoms and signs:After 3 weeks of treatment,the total score of symptoms and signs decreased in both groups,indicating that both the treatment gourp and the control group could improve the symptoms of patients with chronic laryngitis with blood stasisi and phlegm(P<0.01).The comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment of resolving phlegm,dispersing blood stasisi ande opening shoud was significantly better than the countrol group in improbing the overall efficacy of TCM syndromes(P<0.05).5.Analysis of laryngoscope examination indicators:through the comparison between the groups,it was shown that in improving the mucous membrane and hyperemia in the patients with chronic simple laryngitis(P<0.01).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control.The intra-group comparison showed that the two groups had a significant effect on improving mucosal congestion(P<0.01).As for the improvement of vocal cord congestion,the treatment group had a significant effect on improving that(P<0.01),while the control group(P>0.05)had no significant effect on the improvement of bocal cord congestion.Conclusions:Both of the treatment group and the control group have satisfactory clinical effect,for the signs and symptoms of chronic simple laryngitis have improved,but the treatment group has more advantage in improving lfe quality,symptoms and mucosa congestion red signs on the vocal cords,which is worth further research in the future. |
