Observe The Clinical Effect Of The Chronic Laryngitis No.1for Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Chronic Laryngitis

Objectives:Through the observation of the changes of degree of hoarseness, and the changes of vocal cord congestion, the degree of vocal cord edema and hypertrophy, glottal closure under indirect laryngoscopy or fiber laryngoscopy, The purpose of this clinical trial was to assess the clinical efficacy of chronic laryngitis which was treated by Chronic laryngitis No.1to Find the most suitable, the best personalized treatment for patients with chronic laryngitis.Methods:60patients were selected as study subjects according to the Western diagnostic criterion of Chronic laryngitis and the TCM diagnostic criterion of chronic laryngeal yin. To fill out the clinical observation table of Tan Yu type of chronic laryngitis and all patients were divided into treatment and control group, Treatment group of30patients took Chinese medicine decoction of Chronic laryngitis No.1, Control group of30patients took Huang shi xiang sheng Pill. The two group of treatment lasted28days, we observed the patient’s condition changes on the14th,28th day of treatment respectively. With symptoms and signs of integration method, The results were statistically analyzed.Results:The integral comparison before and after the treatment reveals pronounced difference between those before the treatment and4weeks later and shows the tendency of improvement. The results show that the cured, significant effective, improved and ineffective cases of test group were18,7,4,1, respectively. Its total effective rate was96.7%.And the cured, significant effective, improved and ineffective cases of controlled group were4,2,17,7, respectively. And its effective rate was76.7%.This clinical trial results suggest that treatment and control groups had a therapeutic effect, and efficiency all are high, but the treatment group was significantly higher than control group on the cure rate and effective rate.Conclusion:Chronic laryngitis No.l can treat the chronic laryngitis, and have significant effect on phlegm and blood stasis syndrome type; Local minor symptoms improved significantly along with the addition and subtraction of prescription, and it had few side effects, worthy of promoting.
