The Clinical Efficacy On The Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis And Phlegm Coagulation Under The Treatment Of Gan Zuwang’s Laryngitis Formula

Objective:This subject is mainly to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Gan Zuwang’s laryngitis formula on the chronic Qi stagnation and blood stasis and blood stasis through Gan Zuwang’s laryngitis formula as treatment group,Jinsangsanjie pills to control.The clinical trial is aim to explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine on chronic laryngitis,provided new research ideas and methods of treatment in the accurate use of Chinese medicine and the treatment and prevention of chronic laryngitis.Method:In the setting of chronic laryngitis diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and evaluation standards on the basis of selection, we chose60cases meeting the criteria of chronic laryngitis.These objects were divided into two groups, the treatment group30cases took Ganzuwang laryngitis formula with daily water decoction after meals.30cases of the control group received Jinsangsanjie pills, water pills60pills at a time,2times a day after administration, using methods of comparison beween pre-treatment and post-treatment in one group and comparison between groups. Meanwhile,we observed the improvement between pre-treatment and post-treatment as well as the treatment group and control group.Results:First.the treatment between treatment group and control group in symptom scores comparison showed no significant difference (P>0.05), the treatment group and control group cases basically met the inclusion criteria. Second, after three weeks of treatment,2patients in the treatment group were healed,18people were powerfully effective,9persons were effective,1person was invalid, the total efficiency was96.7%; meanwhile,in the control group,1patient was healed,10people were powerfully effective,15people were effective,4people were invalid, the total efficiency was86.7%.The results showed that both of Ganzuwang laryngitis and Jinsangsanjie pills for chronic laryngitis have a therapeutic effect, but the effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Third, effects in two groups after three weeks of treatment in patients with symptoms and total scores than pre-treatment were significantly decreased (P<0.05), two groups of symptoms and total scores compared to each other showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Gan Zuwang’s laryngitis formula has a good curative effect on chronic laryngitis, further,shows a significant effect on the clinical common Qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm coagulation. Thus,Gan Zuwang’s laryngitis formula is worth popularizing.
