Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Professional Nursing Care In Hangzhou

Objective: To understand the status quo of vocational care construction of nursing care in Hangzhou,to explore the existing problems,put forward the countermeasures of professional care of old-age care,and promote the career development of old-age care.Methods: A total of 293 old-age caregivers and 86 nurses in 21 star care institutions in Hangzhou were used to investigate their general information,occupational cognition,vocational skills,vocational training,occupational environment,Organizational commitment and other professional construction status;the same time,15 old-age caregivers,five pension agencies in the nurses and five managers of semi-structured interviews and field observation of 21 star pension agencies,to supplement the care of old age care Construction status quo.Data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.Results:(1)the poor profitability of the old-age institutions is an important factor restricting the professionalism of the old-age care;(2)the lack of the number of old-age caregivers,the professional quality is low;(3)the number of nursing nurses is insufficient,the professional quality is not high,Pension care quality management play a role;(4)pension care vocational training model is single,not standardized,systematic,standardized;(5)old-age care professional work intensity,low welfare benefits,it is difficult to attract talents;(6)old-age care workers on the care of the care environment The lack of recognition is not high,to be improved;(7)pension agencies in the organization of a higher level of commitment to the lower level of commitment to nurses;(8)pension care career lack of good promotion and incentive mechanism is not conducive to the care of the care of the professional construction;(9)lack of old-age care industry norms,hinder the aging care professional process;(10)pension care concept is not in place,professional social status of low professional culture construction is weak,to be strengthened.Conclusions:(1)In Hangzhou City,the degree of professional care is not high,the lack of old-age care team and professional quality is not high,vocational trainingsystem is not perfect,poor professional environment,lack of career development vision and industry norms,professional and cultural construction is weak.(2)future professional care of the need for multi-pronged care,increase policy support efforts to standardize and improve the old-age care vocational training system,to carry out the education of old age education,attention to nurses in the nurses training and appointment,a reasonable increase in pension care workers Welfare treatment,strengthen the care of the care of occupational care to improve the degree of care of the old-age care,and promote the development of nursing care career.
