Ethical Analysis On The Predicament Of Physician's Professionalism Education In China

The professional spirit of medical doctors is one of the basic qualities needed by medical personnel.It stipulates the professional ethics and professional spirit that medical personnel should always adhere to in medical practice.This includes both professional medical skills and knowledge for clinical diagnosis and treatment,the ability to pay close attention to the life value and spirit,and the value orientation of providing humanistic medical services for patients.Therefore,to constantly improve the quality of medical service and meet the needs of medical reform and social development in China,we must continually strengthen the professional spirit education for physicians.In this article,taking the professional spirit of doctors as the research object,we adopts the research method of combining the practice and the theory,and describe the current situation and problems of education to Chinese doctors' professional spirit.The ethical attributes of the professional spirit of physicians are also analyzed.From the perspective of ethics,we make an attribution of the predicament of the professional spirit education,and point out some thoughts and suggestions of solving the problem.The paper is divided intof four parts.The first part defines the connotation and denotation of the professional spirit education for physicians,and defines the accurate scope for the follow-up study.The second part describes the current situation of Chinese doctors' professional spirit education.Based on questionnaires and interviews,and from three aspects of contents,approach and practice system setting,we summarize the current situation and problems in Chinese doctors' professional spirit education.The third part present the ethical analyzes to the cause of the dilemma in Chinese doctors' professional spirit education.Firstly,we analyze the ethical attributes of physician's professional spirit;secondly,we give ethical analysis to the causes of the professional spirit education dilemma from the perspective of internal factors and external factors.The fourth part is the suggestion for improving the education level of Chinese doctors' professional spirit.In view of the problems existing in education of Chinese doctors' professional spirit,we proposes to construct a scientific and rational professional spirit education content;expand the approach for the innovation of professional spirit education;focus on the cultivation of medical students' ethical practice ability and attach importance to the professional spirit education for physicians.
