Status And Model Of The Professionalism Construction Of The CNO In Shandong Tertiary Hospitals

Objective:1.To investigate the status quo of professional construction of the CNO in the third grade hospital of Shandong province.2.To construct the professional construction mode of the CNO to provide some reference for nursing managers.Methods:1.The survey was conducted on the cross-sectional survey of 102 nursing directors in 55 tertiary hospitals in Shandong province.2.Based on literature analysis,expert interview and combined with the current survey,director of the professional building model,invited 25 level of first-class comprehensive hospital director of nursing department of Shandong province for two rounds of enquiry for pattern.The weights of each index are determined according to the expert correspondence method and the optimal sequence diagram method.Results:1.Among the respondents,twenty-two(21.57%)of the respondents had not written a paper on nursing management.The 48(47.06%)nursing directors had no issues related to nursing management.Only 36(35.29 per cent)were satisfied with the salary level and 40(39.22 per cent)were satisfied with their self-worth.Only three(2.94 per cent)of the respondents understood the professional construction.It is necessary and necessary to make up 91.18%(93)of the director of nursing department.The average surveyors of the professional construction are graded 80.9 out of 100.There are 80(78.43%)respondents who believe that the factors that affect the professional construction are institutional factors.2.The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires was 100%,and the proportion of experts in the first round and the second round were 44%and 20%.The authority coefficient of expert correspondence is 0.86,the coefficient of familiarity is 0.83,and the coefficient of judgment is 0.89.In the second round,the coordination coefficient of the first and second level indexes was 0.465 and 0.362 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant.Finally,the professional construction mode of the director of nursing department was determined,including 5 first-level indicators,15 secondary indicators and 56 third-level indexes.The weight values of the five first-level index admittance qualifications,selection equipment,vocational training,assessment evaluation and career life are:0.238,0.154,0.278,0.218 and 0.112.Conclusions:1.The CNO has a certain understanding of the professional construction,but the path of professional construction requires a relatively long time process.2.The expert opinion on the professional construction mode of the director of nursing department constructed in this study is more concentrated and the results are reliable,which can provide some theoretical basis for the professional construction of nursing managers.
