| ObjectiveThis study through clinical randomized controlled trials to observe the combination of massage with traditional Chinese medicine bath foot and conventional massage therapy in children with cold cough clinical efficacy difference.The clinical efficacy of massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath foot therapy was evaluated by analyzing the symptom score of two groups of children with cold cough.The results were compared with the conventional massage therapy in order to provide a new scheme for the treatment of children with cold cough.MethodsThis study was selected from January 1,2016 to December 31,2016,came to the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of TCM and the Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Gusheng Tong Shao Ying Professor pediatric outpatient treatment of cold cough children in 66 cases,according to the children's treatment order,the patients were divided into treatment group(massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath foot group)and control group(Conventional massage group)according to the random number table method.Both groups once daily for 6 days for a course of treatment.After a course of clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment total score of symptoms,restore normal lung auscultation and cough disappearance time comparison.ResultsIn this study,66 cases were included in the study,6 cases were lost,and 60 cases were completed.In the treatment group,30 cases were completed,30 cases were actually completed in the control group.In the treatment group,2 cases of children in the treatment group were unable to cooperate with the completion of a course of treatment,1 case of children lost;the control group 1 case of children taking their own drugs,1 case of self-withdrawal,1 case failed to timely referral.1.The general condition of the treatment group and the control group,such as gender,age,course of the disease in the statistical test no difference,comparable!2.Treatment group of cold cough children recovered 11 people,accounting for 36.7%;markedly 16 people,accounting for 51.3%;effective 2 people,accounting for 16.7%;invalid one person,accounting for 3.3%;total effective 96.67%.While the control group of cold cough children recovered 8 people,accounting for 26.7%;markedly 10 people,accounting for 33.3%;effective 8 people,accounting for 26.7%;invalid 4 people,accounting for13.3%;The efficiency was 86.7%,z=-1.984,p=0.047,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group and the control group of clinical efficacy and total effective rate was statistically significant.3.Changes in the total score of the two groups of children:the two groups of children before and after treatment,the total score of symptoms in the group after the comparison,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;After treatment total score of symptoms(2.20 ± 2.20)minutes,significantly lower than the total score of symptoms in the control group(3.70±3.20)points,comparison between groups,p<0.05,a statistically significant difference;Before and after treatment difference in total score of symptoms(11.77±2.93)points,significantly higher total integrated difference symptoms before and after treatment(9.93±3.56)points,comparison between groups,(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.4.In the lung auscultation returned to normal and cough disappeared time,massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath foot group(3.12±0.64),(4.34±0.91),(3.03 ±0.72)days compared with(4.26 ±0.38),(5.83±0.70),(4.07±0.63)days of conventional massage group,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion1.Massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with cold cough,such as expectoration,nasal congestion,runny nose and so on.2.Massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath enough to shorten the cough of children with cold cough time.3.Massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath foot operation is simple and convenient,easy to be accepted by children,and in the treatment of children with cold cough effect of the exact,worthy of clinical promotion. |
