| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tuina combined with Chinese herb sticking in the treatment of infantile with cold and wet diarrhea,to provide an objective basis for clinical treatment of infantile with cold and wet diarrhea,and to enrich the external treatment of infantile with cold and wet diarrhea.Methods:90 cases of infantile diarrhea(cold and wet type)were selected according to the diagnostic criteria and included in the criteria and excluded.The patients were randomly divided into three groups(tuina plus Chinese herb sticking group,tuina group and Chinese herb sticking group,30 cases in each group).The three groups were treated with tuina combined with Chinese herb sticking,tuina manipulation therapy and Chinese herb sticking treatment,once a day,five times as a course of treatment.The curative effect was observed after one course of treatment or patient recovery.The symptoms and signs scores before and after treatment were observed,and the safety monitoring in the course of treatment was observed,and the above results were analyzed statistically.Results: 1.Clinical efficacy observation: The cure rate in the combined group was 70.00,the significant effective rate was 20.00,the effective rate was 6.67,the inefficiency rate was 3.33 and the total effective rate was 96.67.In the tuina group,the cure rate was 46.67,the significant effective rate was 23.33,the effective rate was 16.67,the inefficiency rate was 13.33 the total effective rate was86.67.The cure rate of the Chinese herb sticking group was 41.38,the significant effective rate was 17.24,the effective rate was 31.03,the inefficiency rate was 3.45 and the total effective rate was 89.66.By statistical analysis,the total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05),suggesting that tuina combined with Chinese herb sticking was superior to simple tuina and simple Chinese herb sticking.In the sticking group,one patient quit by himself during the course of treatment and was regarded as a case of shedding.2.There was significant difference in symptom score after treatment among the three groups(P<0.01),and the three groups were comparable in improving defecation times,defecation traits and urine(P<0.05).There were significant differences in mental,diet among the three groups(P<0.01).The symptoms and signs of abdominal pain,vomiting,fever and anus were improved(P>0.05).There is statistical significance when compare of the effective time of main symptom treatment among the three groups(P < 0.05).3.Safety comparison: there were no adverse reactions in the three groups.Conclusion:Tuina combined with Chinese herb sticking is one of the effective methods for the treatment of diarrhea in infantile(cold and wet type),and it is worth popularizing in clinic. |
