Clinical Research Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Medicated Bath Treatment Of Hypertension (hyperactivity Syndrome)

Hypertension is harmful to human health and multiple common diseases, can cause serious heart, brain and kidney complications, stroke, coronary heart disease risk factors. At present, China has 200 million hypertension patients each year and a substantial number of new cases, suggesting that hypertension prevention is an urgent task .In recent years, traditional medicine in the treatment of hypertension in both clinical and experimental made great progress, In this paper, the traditional medical treatment of hypertensive disease have done a lot of literature review. The disease curing hypertension has carried out a summary on the medicated bath , has carried out clinical observation here on the basis.Objective: To observe the medicated bath curative effect to the hypertension and security.Methods: The 72 patients with essential hypertension were randomized into treatment group(36) and control group (36) according to randomized digital form. Treatment group and the control group were given "Baixintong" (Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets)30mg ,qd,oral. at the same time ,The patients of treatment group were given medicated bath, two time of mornings and evening in every day; the control group was given warm water bath. Every time 20-30 minutes.The treatment duration was four weeks. The patients were specially asked not to accept any other reducing the blood pressure treating during the trial.Results: The curing group and contrasting group have altitude statistics meaning on blood pressure curative effect (p <0.01), The curing group is better than contrasting. The curing group and contrasting group have altitude statistics meaning on traditional Chinese medicine symptom curative effect (P<0.01). The curing group is better than contrasting.Conclusion: Medicated bath is safe and effective for curin hypertension(Yin deficiency syndrome Yang excess syndrome).
