| Objective:Hemorrhoids are the most common diseases of anorectal disease,and incarcerated hemorrhoids are hemorrhoids in the emergency.For the treatment of incarcerated hemorrhoids we generally preferred emergency surgery,because the operation can be timely to alleviate the symptoms of patients,to avoid acute exacerbations.Although emergency surgery has the advantages of short hospitalization and quick efficacy,but for elderly patients,many patients because of the existence of a certain basic disease and the body can not tolerate surgery or temporarily not to undergo surgery,and elderly patients with long course,so elderly patients When the incidence of incarcerated hemorrhoids volume,hemorrhoids were highly swollen state,hemorrhoids and hemorrhoids between the boundaries is not obvious,emergency surgery difficulty coefficient is too large,and postoperative wound large,long inflammation period,complications and other issues is undoubtedly to the patient Causing secondary damage.Therefore,the search for an effective way to avoid surgery is particularly important for elderly patients.Through the theory and research,this subject intends to observe the experience of the tutor of the treatment of incarcerated hemorrhoids-Zaoshi Huayu Zhitong Fang for the conservative treatment of elderly patients with incarcerated hemorrhoids,and Contrast with group Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San,observe its The improvement of symptoms and signs of senile incarcerated hemorrhoids,and to explore the mechanism of Zaoshi Huayu Zhitong Fang.Methods: A total of 45 patients diagnosed with incarcerated hemorrhoids were enrolled in the Department of Anorectal Surgery in Hubei Province,China from March 2015 to September 2016.45 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of hospitalization,including 22 cases in the treatment group and 23 cases in the control group.the treatment group was given Zaoshi Huayu Zhitong Fang external application(2 times a day,every 20 minutes);the control group was given Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San external application(2 times a day,every 20 minutes);two groups are treated with manual reduction,10 days for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 1 courses.The symptoms and signs of pain,blood in the stool,edema,exudation and thrombosis were observed and statistically analyzed on the 1st,4th,7th and 10 th days after treatment.Results:1.Comparison within the group:(1)After 1,4,7,10 days of treatment in the treatment group the pain and seepage,respectively,compared with corresponding symptoms and signs before treatment,differences were significant(P<0.05);After 1 day of treatment in the treatment group,the blood in the stool,edema,thrombosis compared with the corresponding symptoms and signs before treatment,there were no significant differences(P>0.05).After 4,7,10 days of treatment in the treatment group,the blood in the stool,edema,thrombusis compared with the corresponding symptoms and signs before treatment,differences were significant.(2)After 1 day of treatment,there were no significant differences(P>0.05)in pain,blood in the stool,edema and exudation in the control group compared with the corresponding symptoms and signs before treatment.After 4,7,10 days of treatment,there were significant differences(P < 0.05)in pain,blood in the stool,edema and exudation in the control group compared with the corresponding symptoms and signs before treatment;After 1,4days of treatment,There were no significant differences between thrombus and thrombus before treatment in the control group(P>0.05).After 7,10 days of treatment,The differences between the thrombus and the thrombus before treatment were significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of efficacy in different time periods between two groups:(1)Treatment group before treatment in patients with pain,bloody,signs and symptoms such as edema,exudation blood clots,respectively,compared with the control group before treatment corresponding symptoms and signs,there were no significant difference.(P>0.05),it is comparable.(2)After 1 day of treatment,Compared with the corresponding symptoms and signs in the control group,the differences were significant in the pain and exudation in the treatment group(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences between the treatment group and the corresponding symptoms and signs in the control group in the blood in the stool,edema and thrombosis after 1 day of treatment.(P>0.05).(3)After 4,7 and 10 days of treatment,the differences were significant(P<0.05)in the pain,blood in the stool,edema,exudation and thrombus in the treatment group compared with the corresponding symptoms and signs in the control group at the same time.3.Total efficacy comparison:After a course of treatment,The marked effective rate was 85.7% in the treatment group and 52.3% in the control group.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Disease classification Comparison of efficacy:The cure rate of the treatment group and the control group were 100% in the incarceration of less than 12 hours,and at 12 hours?T<18 hours,18 hours?T<24hours,?24 hours,The difference was significant(P<0.05).5.Recurrence rate comparison:Stop treatment for 3 months follow-up,The relapse rate was 9.5% in the treatment group,38.1% in the control group,The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Zaoshi Huayu Zhitong Fang and Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San can improve incarcerated hemorrhoids symptoms and signs in the short term,and the effect of Zaoshi Huayu Zhitong Fang is better than Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San.Especially in the analgesic and inhibition of exudative onset time faster than the control group(2)Zaoshi Huayu Zhitong Fang in the treatment of humid heat and blood stasis type of the elderly incarcerated hemorrhoids the long-term curative effect is better than Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San.(3)Zaoshi Huayu Zhitong Fang in the incarcerated hemorrhoid hemorrhoid incarceration ? 12 hours of efficacy better than Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San(4)Zaoshi Huayu
