Clinical Observation Of Huatan Xiaozheng Decoction Combined With Huayu Zhitong Decoction In Treating Adenomyosis Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type By Stages

Objective: To study the mechanism of Huatan Xiaozheng decoction combined with Huayu Zhitong decoction in the treatment of adenomyosis of Phlegm Blood Stasis Type by stages,and to explore the feasibility and clinical effect of Huatan Xiaozheng decoction combined with Huayu Zhitong decoction in the treatment of adenomyosis of Phlegm Blood Stasis Type by stages.Method: 60 cases of adenomyosis were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(30 cases,taking Huatan Xiaozheng formula and Huayu Zhitong Decoction)and control group(30 cases,taking Dane Fukang Decoction and Sanjie Zhentong capsule)to treat three menstrual cycles respectively,observe the improvement of TCM syndrome score,dysmenorrhea symptom score and VAS score of the patients in the two groups,and detect the treatment of the patients in the two groups The changes of serum CA125 level,total positive rate of anti endometrial antibody,uterine size and hemodynamic parameters of uterine artery were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Results: After treatment,the comprehensive curative effect of the experimental group and the control group was 93.33% and 76.67% respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);the curative effect of the experimental group and the control group was 96.67% and 76.67%,with significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);the curative effect of dysmenorrhea in the experimental group and the control group was 93.33% and 80%,with significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,dysmenorrhea symptom score and VAS score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the decrease degree of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).The level of serum CA125 and the volume of uterus in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the degree of decrease in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The hemodynamic parameters of uterine artery in the two groups were improved after treatment,and the improvement degree of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).In the treatment of endometrial antibody,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Huatan Xiaozheng decoction combined with Huayu Zhitong decoction on adenomyosis of phlegm and blood stasis type by stages is significant,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the degree of pain.The mechanism may be to reduce CA125 level,improve uterine artery blood flow,regulate immune metabolism and so on,so as to reduce endometrial hyperplasia and inflammatory exudation of ectopic focus.The therapeutic effect of Huatan Xiaozheng decoction combined with Huayu Zhitong decoction is significant,safe and reliable,which has further research and clinical promotion value.
