Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Taohong Huayu Lotion Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Incarcerated Hemorrhoids

Objective:Through the observation of Taohong Huayu lotion with qi stagnation and blood stasis in patients before and after treatment of incarcerated hemorrhoid pain,lesion edema,necrosis,evaluation of Taohong Huayu lotion Hip Bath of qi stagnation and blood stasis type Incarcerated Hemorrhoids treatment effect and to explore its therapeutic mechanism.Methods:In this study,all patients were hospitalized from February 1,2016 to December 31,2016,the second people's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine anorectal patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type of incarcerated hemorrhoid into standard 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group and control group of 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with Taohong Huayu lotion fumigating and washing agent,each Chinese medicine granules with water to 1000ml,each bath 10min,daily medication 2 times,for 7 consecutive days.The control group Potassium Permanganate(1:5000)1000ml solution bath,bath time 10min,daily medication 2 times,for 7 consecutive days.The two groups were all treated with manipulative reduction,antibiotic anti infection and oral medication.The degree of pain,the degree of edema and the degree of necrosis of the patients were recorded before and after first days,on the third day and on the seventh day respectively.Results:The treatment solution bath lotion and Taohong Huayu Potassium Permanganate of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of Incarcerated Hemorrhoids,the total curative effect comparison between the two groups had statistical differences(P<0.05).The treatment group and the control group in the treatment of first days after the pain score,P=0.031(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Third days after treatment,the pain degree of the two groups was compared with P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.On the first day after treatment,the degree of edema in the two groups was compared with that of P>0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.After third days and seventh days after treatment,the degree of edema in the two groups was compared with that of P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.After first days of treatment,the degree of necrosis in the group was higher than that of P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.After third days and seventh days after treatment,the degree of necrosis in the group of,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Taohong Huayu lotion Hip Bath of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of incarcerated hemorrhoid pain,edema and necrosis with therapeutic effect.The mechanism of action may be to improve the local circulation,anti platelet aggregation,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain,anti inflammation and detumescence.
