Clinical Study On Treatment Of Moist Heat And Fistula-Type Nodular Erythema With Qingre Qiemo Huayu Zhitong Recipe

Objective: To investigate the effect of heat-removing and stasis-removing phlegm for treating erythema nodosum nodular phlegm heat and dampness,and to investigate the changes of skin lesions,area,and degree of pain before and after the treatment of the body with Qingre Qiemao Huayu Zhitong Recipe.Sexual erythema provides clinical basis.Methods: In the clinical study,80 outpatients in accordance with the traditional Chinese medicine system identified as dampness and heat phlegm type were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the blank control group,40 patients in each group.And take the heat and dehumidify stasis and relieving pain for the treatment of drugs,each taking a dose of 120-150 ml,twice a day,half an hour after dinner before breakfast,warm clothes.Take the blood borneol tablets as a control drug,6 capsules/time,2 times/day,taking in the morning and evening.2 weeks 1 course,even for 3courses.After the course of treatment,examine and record the detailed changes in the scores of TCM symptoms before and after the patient's treatment.After all the data were collected,SPSS19.0statistical software was used to analyze the data.Result:1.After the 6-week cycle therapy was terminated,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.73%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 81.58%.It seems that the Qingre Huoxue Huayu Zhitong Recipe is obviously superior to the skin blood tablet in the treatment of erythema nodosum.2.The treatment group had significant improvement in the acidosis of the lower extremities and joint stiffness in the treatment of systemic symptoms in the patients,while the control group had a lower rate of symptom improvement.3.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving erythrocyte sedimentation and anti-O.4.All patients had no obvious adverse reactions during the time of taking the drug.Conclusion: Clearing away heat and resolving stasis and relieving pain is a kind of effective and safe prescription for the treatment of hot and humid phlegm nodular erythema in clinic.
