With the deepening reform of economic institution,the development of health care industry has also been fastened.The National Health and Family Planning Commission and State Administrative Bureau of Traditional Chinese Medicine published notice about further improvement of health care industry,which indicated that the importance of "putting patient first" and provision of high-quality health care service.Currently,in the Public 3 A Hospital,which was known for its excellent service quality,doctors had to accomplish lots of workload at the same time,such as coping with daily health care missions,managing interpersonal relationship and maintaining good professional image,all of which involved great amount of emotional labor.However,the number of doctors showed a downward trend.Against the background of accelerating progress in health care industry,doctors doing lots of emotional labor in 3A Grade Hospital have been faced with threatens towards their work attitude,including work satisfaction,emotional burnout and turnover intention,since the general work environment was so busy.In the first chapter,this study stated the research background and significance,combed through literature review in the area of emotional labor of doctor and analyze the inadequacies in current research as well as established the research route,content and methods.Then the second chapter gave introduction to basic concepts and theoretical basis,which included conservation of resource theory and control theory.In the third chapter,the theoretical model of this study was built up,followed by related research hypothesis and research design.In the fourth chapter,this study employed statistical analysis method to examine the model of influence of emotional labor on work attitude.Following the demographic analysis,this study used SPSS and Mplus to test the hypothesis and revise the previous model.In the fifth chapter,this study used the in-depth interview to collect qualitative information to explore the emotional labor management and its problems on personal level,collective as well as social level.In the sixth chapter,based on conclusion and current status of emotional labor,this study analyzed the inner mechanism of influence of emotional labor on work attitude,then suggested related suggestions for emotional labor management of doctors in 3 A Grade Hospital.In the last chapter,then innovation and contribution,inadequacies and improvements were stated to make a conclusion.
