The Relationship Between The Emotional Work And Happiness Of The Dentist

As people oral health awareness developed,the number of dentist cannot far satisfy the people's growing health care needs,The rise of private hospitals,medical industry competition,the doctor-patient relationship nervous,represents the intensity of the emotional labor demand is higher in medical service.Different job characteristics and organizational,social support different job insecurity,affect the choice of the emotional labor strategy,low job insecurity can lead to low happiness;Some emotional labor strategy will bring bad results,pressure increases,emotional exhaustion,job and life satisfaction is reduced,and even lower overall well-being.Domestic only doctors,psychiatrists,nurses' emotional labor or happiness research,lack of the dentist's emotional labor strategy,passion and happiness.My research is concentrated on 312 dentists as research object,using the questionnaire investigation,discusses the oral surgeons emotional labor strategy influence on their happiness,research work passion has moderation the relation between emotional labor and well-being,the result showed that:(1)The dentists take more deep acting and automatic regulation,most of them have work passion,the dentists have a higher well-being.(2)Emotional labor has a positive predictive effect on well-being,harmonious work passion and obsessive work passion have a positive predictive effect on well-being.(3)Harmonious work passion has a positive moderation effect in the relationship between emotional labor and well-being.This study added the relationship between the dentist work passion and well-being,added the work passion moderation effect about relationship between emotional labor and well-being.Practically,taking appropriate emotional labor strategy,developing dentist harmonious passion,can increase well-being.
