Objective to study the clinical effect of evodia evodia decoction and erchen decoction on the treatment of recurrent ischemic vertigo. Methods 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. Each group contained 30 patients. The control group received conventional treatment in western medicine, namely oral aspirin enteric-coated tablets and atorvastatin calcium tablets. The experimental group was supplemented with evodia evodia decoction and erchen decoction on the basis of the control group. One course of treatment for 14 days. Each record respectively in the two groups before and after treatment of Chinese medicine symptom integral, transcranial doppler(TCD)in vertebral basilar artery of average flow velocity(Vm)pulse index(PI)and blood vessels, vertigo disorder scale screening table(DHI-s)and vertigo rating scale(DARS)index were analyzed, and closely observe the clinical symptoms and adverse reactions during treatment. Results 1.Through statistical analysis,it was found that there was no statistical difference between the two groups in gender, age and combined diseases(p>0.05),which was comparable. The blood flow parameters of dhi-s,DARS,single symptom score and TCD before treatment were comparable.2.After treatment, the scores of dhi-s scale and DARS scale were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),but the treatment group was significantly better than the observation group(P<0.01).The mean flow rate(Vm)of bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery increased in both groups compared with that before treatment, but the treatment group was better than the observation group(P<0.01).The vascular pulse index(PI)of bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery was lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),butthe treatment group was better than the observation group(P<0.01).3.In the treatment group, the symptoms of dizziness, headache, dizziness and dizziness, loose stools, chills and cold limbs, heavy body sleepiness, chest tightness and nausea, vomiting of sputum and saliva, continuous abdominal pain and drowsiness were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01).The symptoms of dizziness and dizziness were improved in the control group(P<0.01),but the effect was lower than that in the treatment group(P<0.01).4.After treatment, the effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 83.3%,and the total effective rate in the control group was40.0%.After statistical analysis, there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01).5.In terms of safety indicators,no adverse reactions were found in the treatment of the two groups, and no abnormalities were found in safety indicators(such as liver function, kidney function,electrocardiogram,etc.).Conclusion: evodia evodia decoction combined with erchen decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with post-circulation ischemic(spleen-deficiency phlegm-dampness type)vertigo, significantly reduce the score of dhi-s scale and DARS scale, and improve Vm and PI of bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery. After treatment, the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the observation group.
