Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Zhisou Decoction In The Treatment Of Post-infectious Cough(Wind-evil Lurk In Lung Type)

Purpose: Effects of Jiawei Zhisou Decoction on TCM syndrome score and VAS?LCQ in patients with post-infection cough(wind-evil lurk in lung type)were observed.The clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Zhisou Decoction were evaluated.Research method:From December 2018 to December 2019,72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of post-infection cough(wind-evil lurk in lung type)Were selected and treated in the outpatient department of geriatric first ward of Yunnan traditional Chinese medicine hospital.According to the principle of random grouping,they were divided into control group and test group with 36 patients in each group,and the control group was given western medicine pseudoephedrine hydrochloride chlorphenamine maleate and dextromethorphan hydrobromide solution(Robitussin);The experimental group was given Jiawei Zhisou Decoction,and the course of treatment in both groups was 7 days.At the end of the course of treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome scores,VAS and LCQ scores and related safety indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared,and SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for analysis to compare the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Zhisou Decoction and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride chlorphenamine maleate and dextromethorphan hydrobromide solution.Results:1.Both Jiawei Zhisou Decoction and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride chlorphenamine maleate and dextromethorphan hydrobromide solution can improve the clinical symptoms of patients such as cough,expectoration,pharyngeal itch,dyspnea,etc.Among them,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.53%after being treated with oral pseudoephedrine hydrochloride chlorphenamine maleateand dextromethorphan hydrobromide solution,while that of the test group was93.93% after being treated with Jiawei Zhisou Decoction,with significant difference(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the LCQ of the two groups of patients was improved and the quality of life was improved,and the curative effect of Jiawei Zhisou Decoction was better than that of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride chlorphenamine maleate and dextromethorphan hydrobromide solution(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the results of safety indexes such as three major conventions,liver function,renal function and electrocardiogram of the two groups of patients showed no obvious changes compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Jiawei Zhisou Decoction can effectively reduce the scores of TCM syndromes and cough visual simulation scores of patients with post-infection cough(Wind-evil lurk in lung type),obviously improve the quality of life of patients,and has obvious curative effect,safety and feasibility,and no obvious adverse reactions.
