Clinical Study Of Yiqi Huoxue Recipetion On Preventiont Of Hypertensive Stroke Caused By Cold Cave

ObjectiveTo observe the preventive effect of Yiqi Huoxue Prescription on hypertension patients with cold wave comes,to establish the system of primary prevention of stroke;The experiment using randomized controlled methods,to investigate the effect of Yiqihuoxue prescription promoting preventive effect of stroke on the cold wave,prove its mechanism,we discussed the prevention and mechanism of action of Yiqi huoxue prescription to cerebral apoplexy which caused by the cold wave,which would provide the effective prevention methods and experimental evidence for the stroke patients in the primary prevention of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and enriched the theory of "internal deficiency and evil" in stroke,which would have the important clinical value and great benefits of the social and economic.Methods1.We collected the datas of 124 stroke patients which satisfied the inclusion criteria in the third affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine during June30,2013 to June 31,2015.124 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group(62 cases)and the control group(62 cases),two groups were both given the same basic therapy,and the treatment group was added Yiqi huoxue prescription treatment(the patients took the decoction of Chinese Medicine at least 2 weeks every month,and the treatment lasted 6 months,and the patients undergoed a cold wave blow).2.We comparatively analysed the incidence of the end point events between the treatment group and the control group when the cold wave and strong cold air came.The end point events was refered to the onset of symptoms and signs,which was determined to the cerebral apoplexy(including lacunar cerebral infarction,cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage)by CT or MRI diagnosis.3.The two groups were given TCD examination respectively,and TCD examination were again given when the patients of two groups undergoed the cold wave.And 35 cases were randomly selected to study furtherly in the two groups which did not appeared the end point events.There were no differences in age,sex through the statistical analysis in the patients.Respectively,we observed the peak systolic velocity of the middle cerebral artery(MCA)and the recumbent position-stand MCA difference of the cerebral blood flow(CBFV).After the experiment,SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze and compare the results of the two groups.Results1.By the statistical analysis,the patiens suffered from the lacunar cerebral infarction(2 cases),the cerebral infarction(3 cases),the cerebral hemorrhage(0 cases)in 62 cases of the treatment group after cold wave or strong cold air came.The incidence of the cerebral apoplexy was 8.06%.Whereas the patients suffered from the lacunar cerebral infarction(4 cases),the cerebral infarction(10 cases),the cerebral hemorrhage(1 cases)in 62 cases of the control group.The incidence was 24.19%.The incidence of stroke significantly reduced in the treatment group comparing with the control group when the cold wave came,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Eliminate the end events,we selected randomly 35 patients from two groups respectively.By statistical analysis,the age and sex was no statistical difference.The bilateral MCA peak velocity was lower in the two groups patients,and there were no statistical difference in the bilateral contrast and comparison between the two groups(P>0.05).The velocity of MCA peak velocity in the two groups were lower than normal,which had the statistically difference(P<0.05).The recumbent position-stand MCA difference of the cerebral blood flow(CBFV)in two groups was no statistical difference(P>0.05).3.MCA peak velocity in the treatment group patients was relatively faster than control group(P<0.05)after they undergoed the cold cave,but there was no statistical difference between the treatment group patients and normal(P>0.05).The recumbent position-stand MCA difference of the cerebral blood flow(CBFV)was faster than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).MCA peak velocity increased fastly in the patients of treatment group before the cold wave comparing after the cold wave,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recumbent position-stand MCA difference of the cerebral blood flow(CBFV)was quicker than before the cold wave,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),CBFV difference was smaller than before the cold wave,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions 1.Enriched the theory of "internal deficiency and evil" in stroke,clear supportting healthy and avoiding feeling of evils is the main method to prevent stroke.2.Yiqi huoxue prescription can significantly reduce the incidence of the hypertensive stroke by cold wave,which can prevent the happening of the hypertensive stroke.3.The mechanism of Yiqi huoxue prescription preventing the hypertensive cerebral apoplexy by cold wave could be that Yiqi huoxue prescription could increase the elasticity of the arterial wall,improve endothelial function,increase the cerebral perfusion,improve the automatic adjustment function of the blood flow and effectively resist the dangers of vasospasm when the cold wave came.Thereby Yiqi huoxue prescription could reduce the stroke by cold wave.
