ObjectiveBy comparing the clinical efficacy of YiQiHuoXue Prescription combined with Ginaton Injection and the efficacy of control group with Mecobalamin Tablets in treating the type QDBS of DPN, then observe and evaluate the efficacy of YiQiHuoXue Prescription combined with Ginaton Injection.MethodsThose cases were diagnosed as DPN patients and were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group. Treatment of the groups of patients were routine diet control, exercise appropriate, as experimental service before the hypoglycemic drugs, of glycemic control in a more satisfactory level. On the basis of basis treatment, the treatment group was given YiQiHuoXue Prescription combined with Ginaton Injection, and the control group was treated with Mecobalamin Tablets. The treatment lasted for8weeks. Respectively before and after treatment, symptom scores, parallel EMG, pressure sensation, and knee, ankle reflex examination should be done in order to compare and evaluate the therapeutic effect.ResultsThe patients, who complied the diagnostic criteria for the type QDBS of DPN, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.1The comparison of the two groups at baseline before treatment pointed that the two groups had no significant differences and were comparable.2Comparison of efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was90.00%and66.67%, these had a significant difference (P<0.01)o3The treatment group in the clinical symptoms and the effect of blood sugar improved better than control group (P<0.05); The effect of nerve conduction velocity much better than control group (P<0.01); And in the healing process has not yet occurred adverse reactions.Conclusion1.YiQiHuoXue Prescription combined with Ginaton Injection in treating the type QDBS of DPN has a good effect.2YiQiHuoXue Prescription combined with Ginaton Injection can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the type QDBS of DPN, especially for numbness, coldness, the improvement is most significant.3YiQiHuoXue Prescription combined with Ginaton Injection during the treatment didn’t find adverse reactions, the security is good.
