ObjectiveFrom two aspects of clinical and experimental research, I summarize the efficacy of YIQIHUOXUE prescription to prevent stroke and the possible mechanism.Methods1. Part of clinical research:Choose the inclusion of87threatened apoplexy patients standard cases, randomly divided into the treatment group of44cases and a control group of43cases, two groups of the same basic therapy, treatment group was added with YIQIHUOXUE decoction, and observated the incidence of end events of two groups of patients, clinical symptoms, blood pressure and blood lipid changes.2. Part of animal experiments:The adoption of established stroke prone renovascular hypertensive rats, before established the model randomly selected20rats as a control group, the model rats they were divided at random into Chinese medicine group of20cases,20cases in western medicine group, model group of20cases. In the14days after the model began to be administered to each group, Chinese medicine group were administrated with YIQIHUOXUE tablet, western medicine group were fed with aspirin, model group and blank control group were fed with distilled water, artificial cold treatment applied three days after112days, after completion of the experiment by the incidence of stroke, pathological examination, blood coagulation and f ibrinolysis system indices to evaluate the curative effect.Results1.The clinical research part:Before treatment, the treatment group and the control group sex, age and other baseline comparison, no significant differences were comparable; Before treatment, the two groups were compared and blood lipids compared with no significant difference; After treatment, blood lipid levels in patients treated group, blood pressure levels were lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); after treatment, the treatment group improved patient dizziness, headaches, palpitations, sleep is better than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); treatment clinical improvement in patients with symptomatic group had higher overall efficiency, the difference was significant (/P<0.05).2.The experimental research part:After experiencing cold wave, the incidence of stroke in the treatment group compared with model group and control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05), model group and control group, no significant difference in the model group was higher than the control group, the difference there was a significant (P<.05), the treatment group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after the cold wave, the model plasma TAFI, PC, TAT, PAP higher than the treatment group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the control group plasma TAFI, PC, TAT, PAP higher than the treatment group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the control group plasma TAFI, PC, TAT, PAP levels lower than the model group, the difference was not significant (P>0.05), compared with the control group, treatment group, plasma TAFI, PC, TAT, PAP elevated levels, but no significant difference in the model group, the control group plasma TAFI, PC, TAT, PAP levels increased, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Brain tissue pathology Tip:model brain tissue structural disorder, severe interstitial edema, vascular wall intimal thickening, perivascular edema, increase in small blood vessels, thicker, cells and small blood vessels around the gap widened. Structural disorder of brain tissue in the control group, the blood vessel wall intimal thickening, stenosis, wall vacuolation, perivascular gap widened, partly visible lumen small amount of red blood cells. The control group, the treatment group clear dense structure of brain tissue, clean cut, normal morphologyConclusionClinical study suggested that YIQIHUOXUE prescription can effectively improve the state of the patients, has a neuroprotective effect on hypertensive cerebral stroke, can effectively prevent the occurrence of stroke. Experimental study showed that YIQIHUOXUE tablet can effectively improve the level of blood pressure in hypertensive rats, regulate the cold coagulation, fibrinolytic system in hypertensive rats, has definite effect on prevention of stroke.
