| ObjectiveAdopt the clinical curative effect observation of Xiang Ju tincture?White dust wind tincture and 75% alcohol to cure Seborrheic dermatitis of scalp (dampness-heat syndrome), we want to verify the guidance and practicality of the theory:"removing dampness by means of aromatics" theory, make clear difference of curative effect bet-ween Xiang Ju tincture and White dust wind tincture, meanwhile excavate the charac-terristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine tincture so that wo can provide a reference about a more reasonable treatment plan for patients who have suffered from Seborrheic dermatitis of scalp (dampness-heat syndrome).MethodsAdopt the methods of random number, single-blind and Parallel control, divide 105 Patients who meet the standard and signed informed consent randomly into treatment group and control group. The treatment group resorts to the Xiang Ju tincture and White dust wind tincture, while the control group resorts to 75% alcohol. all patients take the oral traditional Chinese medicine prescribed by professor Huang Ying for four weeks. Observe the skin lesions before and after treatment, including the changes of macules, papules, scales, itch, alopecia, adverse reactions, recurrence, and conduct statistical analysis with SPSS20.0 to analyze the efficacy and result.ResultThe groups contain 105 cases,1 case,2 cases,3 cases respectively fell off in Xiang Ju tincture group,White dust wind tincture group and 75% alcohol group,1 case was separately eliminated in White dust wind tincture group and 75% alcohol group,97 cases were effective as the object of study.? Tatistical analysis of the grade of efficacy of the three drug treatment:P<0.05, which showed that there exists significant difference between the three types of drug treatment.? The treatment efficiency of the three groups were compared, and the difference of the total effective rate between the three groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group 75% alcohol group, Xiang Ju tincture group was significantly higher than that of 75% alcohol group (P<0.05); the treatment efficiency comparison of two drugs in treatment groups showed that, the difference between the two groups (Xiang Ju tincture group and White dust wind tincture group) about the effective rate was not statistically significant (.P>0.05). ? Before and after treatment, in three groups of drugs, integral of symptoms about skin lesions were compared, Xiang Ju tincture group, white dust wind tincture group improved in the spot papula, scaling, itching, fat and hair loss symptoms, the difference of curative effect before and after treatment with statistical was no significance (P<0.05); 75% alcohol group had no improvement in hair loss symptoms, the difference of curative effect before and after treatment was no statistical significance (P>0.05), in the spot papula, scaly, itching and grease symptom improvement of curative effect before and after treatment, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).? The skin lesions symptoms points of these three groups before and after drug treatment were campaerd:Xiang Ju tincture group, white crumbs wind tincture group and 75% alcohol group hair loss symptoms improved therapeutic effect had no significant difference (P>0.05); in the spot papula, scaling, itching and grease symptoms treatment effect, three kinds of drugs were statistically different (P<0.05), in the scales, grease, curative effect of Xiang Ju tincture is better than that of white dust wind tincture, significantly better than 75% alcohol group (r,=66.28 r2=48.02 r3=31.06; r,=69.38 r2=44.94 r3=30.84), in the improvement of spot and the symptoms of itching, white dust tincture is better than Xiangju tincture (r1=52.95 r2=39.13; r1=62.95 r2=48.28)ConclusionCombined with oral Chinese medicine San Ren Decoction in the treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis (dampness-heat syndrome), Xiang Ju tincture, White dust wind tincture,75% alcohol have the curative effect. in alleviating maculopapular rash, scaling, itching, fat and hair loss symptoms, Xiang Ju tincture group and white dust wind dust tincture go up have effect,75% alcohol group has no obvious effect to alleviate the symptoms of hair loss, but effect in alleviating the spot papula, scaly, symptoms of itching and oil. ?The treatment effect of the three groups:Xiang Ju tincture group, white dust wind tincture group,75% alcohol is different, Xiang Ju tincture group efficiency was significantly higher than that of 75% alcohol group, but quite with wind dust tincture group curative effect.In the relief of symptoms of scales, grease, Xiang Ju tincture group curative effect was better than that of white dust wind tincture group and superior to that of 75% alcohol group, in maculopapular rash and itching relieving, white dust wind tincture group was better than that of Xiang Ju tincture group.In the remission of the symptoms of hair loss, the three groups of treatment effect was equivalent.?In the treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis (damp heat syndrome), combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine San Ren Decoction, Xiang Ju tincture, white dust wind tincture each has advantages and their clinical efficacy are worthy of recognition. |
