Clinical Observation Of Wendan Decoction In The Treatment Of Seborrheic Dermatitis With Biliary And Dampness Syndrome

OBJECTIVE:To observe and summarize the clinical efficacy of Wendan Decoction in treating seborrheic dermatitis and gallbladder stomach damp heat syndrome.METHODS:The clinical observation of all cases were from June 1,2016 to November 30,2016 in the outpatient department of Dermatology diagnosis Chinese Hospital of Guanganmen Academy of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with seborrheic dermatitis,selected from 62 patients with seborrheic dermatitis of gallbladder and stomach damp heat syndrome standard,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in the treatment group,30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with a small package of Chinese medicine,Wendan Tang,one day a day,fried 400ml,each 200ml,respectively,half an hour after breakfast,dinner,half an hour after taking.The control group oral retinoic acid soft capsule A,10mg/times,once every 2 days;with oral administration of compound vitamin B tablets,10mg/times,three times a day after meals half an hour to one hour take.All around for a course of treatment,during the treatment,the two groups of patients diet structure is staple food,70%,vegetables and fruits 20%,protein food 10%,and completely avoid spicy,tobacco,fish and shrimp,beef and mutton,sweets and dried fruits.Four weeks,after a full course of treatment,two groups were observed before and after treatment of the lesion area,erythema,erosion,exudation of oil overflow,scaling and itching symptoms after treatment,statistical analysis and comparative decline in symptom score index.Two groups of patients after the end of treatment,four weeks later,the patients were followed up,the recurrence rate was compared.RESULTS:After the course of treatment,there were 60 cases with complete data(2 cases in treatment group),and no adverse reactions occurred.After statistics,the two groups before treatment in age,sex,area,erythema,oil spills,scaling,itching and itching of all types of scoring,there is no statistical difference(P>0.05),the two groups are comparable.After treatment,the clinical symptoms and symptoms of the two groups of points were decreased,there were significant differences in the curative effect of treatment group and control group(P<0.01).The course of treatment has obvious effect on the total effect(P<0.01),with the increase of period of treatment,the total score decreased;between the treatment factors and curative effect in the interaction effect(P<0.01),along with the course of change,the total score of the treatment group and the control group decreased the amplitude of the differences.The treatment group 5 cases were cured(16.66%),17 cases(56.67%),effective in 6 cases(20%),invalid in 2 cases(6.67%),the total effective rate was 93.33%;the control group 1 cases were cured(3.33%),3 cases(10%),effective in 18 cases(60%),8 cases were invalid(26.67%),the total effective rate was 73.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The result shows that the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.The end of the treatment?four weeks after the patients were followed up to the Fisher chi square test,the treatment group and the control group the recurrence rate was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that in the control group the trend,this may also be the next step to expand the sample size to study.No adverse reactions occurred in the course of the treatment,and the drugs had good safety.CONCLUSION:The effect of Wendan Decoction in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis of gallbladder and stomach damp heat syndrome significantly,can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients with psoriasis area,erythema,oil overflow,scales and itching;Wendan Decoction in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis of gallbladder and stomach damp heat syndrome has the advantages of quick effect,low recurrence rate;safe and effective Wendan Decoction in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis gallbladder and stomach damp heat syndrome,no obvious adverse reaction.
