The Clinical Observation On Efficacy About Zhiyilotion Decoction In The Treatment Of Seborrheic Dermatitis On Scalp

Objective:Seborrheic dermatitis on scalp is a chronic common disease and easy to relapse.Modern medicine treatment of the disease usualy selects antifungal agents,topical immunosuppressive agents and ultra-violet which achieves a certain effect.But the clinical effectiveness is indefinit,and easy to relapse.Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of the disease has excellcent effciency.This project was selected to study the clinical effectiveness of the zhiyi lotion in the treatment of wet-type seborrheic dermatitis.Methods:80 cases of wet-type seborrheic dermatitis were divided into two groups at random:44 cases were treated with zhiyi lotion,while the other 36 cases were treated with Selenium Sulfide,The two groups were observed red rash,scale filings,itching,hair loss situations before and after treatment.Result:1.The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5%,while the control group was 77.5%,There have been significantly differences between the groups in effectiveness(P＜0.05)。2.Comparied to the symptoms before and after treatment,zhiyi lotion could help to eliminate all symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis on scalp 3.One month after cure,there have been a significant difference between the two groups of recudescent rate(P＜0.05), the recrudescent rate of treatment group is lower which also shows that further efficacy of treatment group is better.Conclusion:zhiyi lotion is an effective prescription in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis,which can improve the symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis and lower the recrudescent rate.
