| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiling Lishi decoction combined with compound Huangbai liquid in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis.Methods:60 patients with dampness-heat type of spleen and stomach who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the treatment group received Yiling Lishi Decoction orally.The control group(30 cases)was given Orthothymosis Chalta tablets orally,and the two groups were given compound Phelendra solution and butyl flufenate ointment for external use.Clinical symptom scores,facial sebum secretion area and facial pore percentage detected by trispectral magic mirror were recorded before and after treatment,and the changes before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the efficacy.Results:After treatment,the symptom scores and total scores of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).The comparison of total effective rate and healing rate between the two groups(P < 0.05)showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.There was statistical significance in the improvement degree of maculopapule,desquamation,pruritus,facial sebgrease secretion and TCM symptoms(P < 0.05).The effect is similar in the improvement degree of erosion and exudation.The facial pores detected by trispectral magic mirror were improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the improvement degree was similar.Conclusion:Yiling Lishi decoction combined with compound Huangbai liquid in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis(dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach)has definite efficacy,low adverse reactions,and has clinical application value. |
