Golden Powder Topical Clinical Curative Effect For The Treatment Of Children Acute Mesenteric Lymphadenitis

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of gold powder in the treatment of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in childrenMethod This study selected 2015 March to 2016 march in the general surgery department of Jiangyin city traditional chinese medicine hospital received the treatment of 60 cases of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis in children, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases of children. The treatment group was treated with Jinhuang powder treatment, daily change time, lasted five days and was suspended for two days. A total of 2 weeks; control group was treated with Pudilan oral liquid. Different ages to give different doses,7 days for a course of treatment, two courses of treatment. Comparison of two groups of patients with the comprehensive effect of the differences, before and after the treatment of symptom score changes, color Doppler ultrasound observation of the difference between the results and the recurrence rate, the difference between the two groups were compared. Using SPSS 19.0 software for statistical analysis, t test method for measuring data to test, using the rank sum test method for the analysis of the income level data. The results of P<0.05 showed statistical differences.Result 1,The efficiency of treatment, the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the two had significant differences (P<0.05).2, The treatment group and the control group syndrome score was 2.02±2.08 and 4.57±3.15, respectively, there were significant differences (P<0.05). And compared with the same group before treatment, the results have significant difference (P<0.05).3, Treatment group and control group pain symptom scores were 0.69±1.24 and 1.58±1.71, respectively, there was significant difference (P<0.05, and were compared with the same group before treatment with significant difference (P<0.05).4, Two groups of patients after treatment the symptoms of abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and dysphoria heat efficiency had significant difference (P<0.05), and anorexia, the effective rate was no significant difference (P> 0.05).5, Two groups before and after treatment color Doppler ultrasound longitudinal diameter were 9.43±6.35 and 12.31±7.13, respectively, compared with the same group before treatment with significant difference (P<0.05), and there are significant differences between the two (P<0.05).6, After 2 months of two groups of patients after treatment cured and markedly effective patients were followed up, recurrence rate were compared between the two groups, treatment group and control group, the recurrence rate was 44.0% and 81.8%, recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, both of which have significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion Gold powder for external application in the treatment of children with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis with Pudilan oral liquid in the total curative effect, TCM syndrome and recurrent abdominal pain rate has a significant advantage.
