| Objective: Through the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Modified Wendan Decoction in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children observation,comparison of treatment group and control group before and after treatment in children with symptoms total score, total effective lymph node size and after the treatment, to explore the effective prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children method.Methods: 66 cases of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 33 patients in each treatment group, treated with traditional Chinese medicine modified Wendan Decoction granules orally for 2weeks, the control group was given cefprozil particles orally for 1 weeks, then changed to take 1 weeks to Clostridium butyricum. In the two groups were compared after 2weeks after treatment of clinicalsymptoms and signs of the total score, and abdominal ultrasound examination.Results:(1)the comparison of the total effect of the two groups: treatment group total effectiveness is 90.9%, the control group the total effective rate was 66.7%, with a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).(2)Treatment group and control group before and after treatment can improve the TCM syndrome total score, before and after treatment in two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05); the two group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group obviously.(3)The comparison of improving the main symptoms and signs after treatment two groups of children: has the significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).(4)The comparison of rate of secondary signs and symptoms disappeared after treatment of two groups of children: statistically significant difference between the two groups of red,abdominaldistension, pharynx, nausea and vomiting, urination and defecation aspects(P<0.05); no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05) pulse aspects.(5)The comparison of two groups of improvement in children with abdominal pain: treatment group 3 and 7days of abdominal pain to improve the situation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the control group of 3 days and 7 days of abdominal pain improved there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(6)Comparison of two groups of children. Abdominal color Doppler improvement: the treatment in the two groups of lymph node in transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter were improved, with significant difference(P<0.05); the treatment group and the control group after treatment, the transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter difference has statistics significance(P<0.05).(7)Comparison of two groups of children, the rate of recurrent abdominal pain: the relapse rate of the two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)It was better than the control group in treatment group the total effect, that of Modified Wendan Decoction in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children with significant advantages.(2)Treatment group in reducing the general integral of TCM symptoms, improve the main symptoms and signs and minor symptom disappearance rate was significantly better than the control group.(3)The treatment group in improving the abdominal pain, abdominal pain seventh days significantly higher than those in control group.(4)The comparison of two groups of children with abdominal color Doppler to improve the situation of children in two groups: in the treatment of lymph node in transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter were improved after treatment, but the treatment group in the lymph nodes in transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter improvement were significantly better than the control group.(5)The comparison of two groups of children with abdominal pain recurrence rate: in the 2 months follow-up after treatment, the treatment group and the control group the recurrence rate after statistical analysis, nosignificant difference, namely treatment group had no obvious advantage in the recurrence rate. |
