Nursing pharmacology is secondary health school nursing professional a required course for clinical significance,take the course as a starting point,explore the reform of teaching methods,for the cultivation of nursing talents,has important theory value and practical significance.However,there are many problems in the course teaching,which are mainly manifested in teachers and students.Teachers: although teachers carefully prepare lessons,give lectures and organize review,they neglect to combine pharmacological knowledge with clinical practice,which leads to the disconnection between theory and practice.Students:students at school report that pharmacology knowledge is difficult to understand and remember;Interns and graduates reported that they could not learn by themselves and would not apply pharmacological knowledge to clinical practice.The core of the problem is that traditional teaching methods cannot meet the needs of practical teaching.This paper explores suitable teaching methods through teaching practice.Through the method of literature,this paper collects and sorts out the reform situation of teaching methods at home and abroad,discusses the practical teaching methods suitable for our school,and applies them to the practical classroom teaching.This paper tries to reform the teaching methods by using pithy method,analogy method and graphic imagination method,so as to help students master the key knowledge of pharmacology.Through the comparative teaching of 15(3+2)junior college classes 1 and 2,the feasibility of such teaching methods as the pithy method,the analogy method and the graphical imagination method is proved preliminarily.In the simulated ward environment,students' practical operation ability can be improved through the introduction of simulated people and role playing.In addition,it tries to combine some experiments of nursing pharmacology with basic nursing science,so as to help students to integrate basic medical knowledge and make flexible application.In combination with the reform practice and the secondary health school characteristics and training objectives(Hohhot health school,for example),the problems existing in the analysis of the curriculum teaching of nursing pharmacology,from teaching methods,teachers and students interactive methods,evaluation methods,modern education information of related countermeasure research.
