| Objective:To investigate the influences of Yishenhuatan decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture and Diane-35 treating the patients with PCOS on TCM symptoms,sex hormones,ovarian morphology.Methods: 80 cases of kidney empty phlegm dampness syndromes in patients with PCOS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group,the observation group treated by Chinese medicine and abdominal acupuncture and Diane-35,control group treated by oral Diane-35 simplly,continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles.After the treatment,observe the TCM symptoms,the changes of sex hormone levels and ovarian volume under ultrasound monitoring,the number of follicles of the two groups before and after treatment and assessed the efficacy after the treatment.Results:(1)Total score and curative effect of TCM symptoms: the points of observation group before treatment was 17.78±6.13,after treatment was 9.70±2.69,the points of control group before treatment was 15.92±4.91,after treatment was 13.78±1.91.The treatment of two groups both can reduce the integral in patients' TCM symptoms,the differences were statistically significant by comparing the before and after(P < 0.01);there were a significant differences between the two groups by the statistical analysis after treatments(P < 0.01).The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the observation group and control group was 72.5% and 50.0% respectively, comparing the two groups of the total effective rate of TCM symptoms,there was a significant difference(P < 0.01).(2)Single curative effect of TCM symptoms: in terms of menstrual cycle's comparison,the menstruations of two groups during the treatment period were on time,the integration value and curative effect were compared between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference by the statistical analysis(P > 0.05).Comparing the single clinical symptoms on the Menstrual quantity,chest distress and phlegm,lumbar debility,body fat,head heavy,dizziness tinnitus in the integration value and effective rate before and after the treatment,the observation group of the integration value was greater than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference between them was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)The value of two groups of serum LH,LH/FSH,T was decreased,compared with before the treatments,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);After the treatment,the observation group of serum LH,LH/FSH,T value was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)Ovarian volume and numbers of follicles in the two groups after treatment were reduced,compared with before the treatments,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Ovarian volume of the observation group was less than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Follicle numbers of the observation group were less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)Comparison on the comprehensive curative effect:the total effective rate of the two groups on comprehensive curative effect were 87.5%,65.0%,respectivly,there was significant difference between them by the statistical analysis(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Yishenhuatan decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture and Diane-35 can effectively treat the kidney empty phlegmy wet type of PCOS,they make more satisfactory clinical efficacy.Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy can significantly improve TCM clinical symptoms of PCOS patients with the kidney phlegmy wet,patients can get lower levels of LH,LH/FSH,T,significantly reducing ovarian volume and number of sinus follicle,and they are safe and reliable for the treatment of the disease in clinical and provide new ideas and new methods. |
