The Ovarian Ultrasound Parameters Changes Of Bushenhuatan Decoction Combined Diane-35 In Treating With The Kidney Phlegm Type Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Ovarian Ultrasound

Objective: By observing Bushen Huatan Prescription joint Diane-35 for kidney phlegm PCOS ovarian morphology,blood flow parameters change to objectively evaluate Bushen Huatan Prescription Diane-35 Combined treatment of kidney phlegm PCOS clinical efficacy,objecting evaluation of the disease progression proven methods and exploring the treatment of PCOS.Methods: Collected from November 2014 to November 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of gynecology outpatient treatment of 72 cases of patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness type PCOS.table is divided into two groups by random permutations,36 cases in the treatment group: Bushen Huatan Decoction Combined with Diane-35 in treatment;36 cases in control group :with Diane-35 in treatment of.Two groups were on medication after three menstrual cycles were observed.Observed before and after treatment in the two groups of ovarian morphological parameters(ovarian volume,antral follicle number and ovarian area and the total area than)and ovarian blood flow studies(resistance index pulsatility index changes and compared between the two groups before and after treatment TCM Syndromes.Results:The treatment group before and after treatment of ovarian morphological parameters(V,FN,SA/TA),ovarian blood flow parameters(RI,PI),TCM syndrome score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the control group before and after treatment of ovarian morphological parameters(V,FN,SA/TA),ovarian blood flow parameters(RI,PI),TCM syndrome score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);treatment group and control group before treatment of ovarian morphological parameters(V,FN,SA/TA),ovarian blood flow parameters(RI,PI),TCM syndrome score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);treatment group and control group on ovarian morphological parameters after treatment(V,FN,SA/TA),ovarian blood flow parameters(RI,PI),TCM syndrome score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huatan Decoction Combined with Diane-35 can reduce kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type PCOS FN?V?SA / TA and increase ovarian stromal artery RI and PI;Bushen Huatan Decoction Combined with Diane-35 can significantly improve the kidney deficiency phlegm dampness type PCOS patients with clinical symptoms.
