| Objective:Through clinical research,intend to observe the effect of Kidney-Nourishing And Phlegm-Resolving Method combined with Diane-35 treating Kidney-Deficiency and Phlegm-Dampness type of Polycystic ovary syndrome accompanied hyperandrogenism. Provide a theoretical basis and treatment methods for clinical treatment.Method:This issue covers theoretical and experimental research in two parts. Theoretical research:through collecting ancient and modern literature,Research from the Chinese medicine and Western medicine on PCOS hyperandrogenism clinical study on two aspects of systematically discussed. Clinical Research:select the 60 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, in which the treatment group (kidney-nourishing and phlegm-resolving method combined with Diane-35 group) 30 cases,in the control group (Diane-35 group) 30 cases,the two groups were treated one treatment (three-month menstrual cycle).Respectively, measured before treatment and after treatment in patients with serum T, LH, LH/FSH, E2, meanwhile recorded before treatment and after treatment in patients with menstrual conditions, obesity, hirsutism, acne and other changes.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 90.00%. The total effective of western group rate is 73.33%.But the efficacy of combination is superior to the control group (P<0.05).The two groups were significantly lower androgen (P<0.01),the treatment group decreasing androgen effect is better than the control group (P<0.05).Two groups of treatment in the adjustment of the menstrual cycle, improve the TCM symptoms, hirsutism, acne, lower LH, LH/FSH, ovarian volume involved will have a significant effect, statistically significant differences between the control group were significant (P<0.05).The two groups in adjusting the menstrual cycle, improve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, obesity, acne, lower LH, LH/FSH values of respect, combining the treatment group were superior to the control group (P<0.05).Treatment group and control group after treatment BBT bipolar rates were 36.67% and 10.00%, and the treatment group is superior to the control group (P<0.05).
