| Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with modified Bawei Jieyu decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(pcos),the changes of body mass index(BMI),Waist Circumference,Insulin Resistance Index,Sex Hormone Index and TCM Syndrome scores were observed before and after treatment.Methods:Randomized controlled research methods,collecting during January 2020 to December 2020 hospital patients,60 patients with into standard,according to random number table method is divided into observation group and control group,the observation group and control group,30 cases in control group 30 cases,observation group(abdominal needle+eight taste resolve depression soup flavored combination therapy)and control group(pioglitazone and metformin treatment),The treatment course lasted for 3 months,and the changes of waist circumference,BMI,insulin resistance index,sex hormone index and TCM syndrome scores in2 groups before and after treatment were observed to evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.60 cases were included in the two groups,30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.28 cases were completed in the observation group and 29 cases were completed in the control group,with a shedding rate of 5%;2.The improvement rate of TCM clinical symptoms:in the observation group,5 cases were cured,9 cases were Significantly effective,9 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 82.14%.In the control group,1 case was cured clinically,5 cases were significantly effective,13 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 65.52%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Comparison of BMI efficacy:in the observation group,7 cases were cured,11 cases were significantly effective,8 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 92.86%.In the control group,there were 0 cases of clinical cure,0 cases of obvious effect,12 cases of effective and 17 cases of ineffective,and the effective rate was 41.38%,the difference was statistically significant.In terms of body weight and waist circumference,there were differences between the two groups before and after treatment,but the observation group had more significant weight loss and waist circumference(P<0.05);4.Insulin resistance:there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),but no significant difference between the two groups after treatment,indicating that the observation group was no less effective than the control group in improving insulin resistance;5.In terms of sex hormones,there was no significant difference in testosterone in dexes before and after treatment or between groups.There were 8 abnormal testosteron e indexes(T≥2.6nmol/L)in the observation group and 9 in the control group before trea tment;Abnormal androstenedione index(A4≥3.3ng/ml),26 in the observation group and 24 in the control group;Abnormal free androgen indexes(FAI 0.7-6.4%)were found in 20 observation group and 18 control group,considering the insensitivity of testosterone i n judging hyperandrogenemia;The indexes of androstenedione,sex hormone binding glob ulin and free androgen were significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment,and the observation group was better than the treatment group;There w ere significant differences in FSH,LH,FSH/LH indexes in the observation group before and after treatment,but no significant differences in the control group(P>0.05);6.safety:After treatment,liver function,renal function,blood routine+CRP and other tests in 2 groups were in the normal range.Conclusion:Abstomen acupuncture combined with modified bawei jieyu decoction in the treatment of phlegm-blocking qi stagnation obese polycystic ovary syndrome,re duce the patient’s BMI and waist circumference,improve the function of pancreatic isle t,reg-ulate sex hormone disorders,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,is safe and effective,worthy of clinical application... |
