Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm Dampness Type Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome With Modified Tiaojing Decoction Combined With Diane-35

Objective: This topic is through the observation of Tiaojing recipe combined with Diane-35 in Kaohsiung of polycystic ovary syndrome,which with the TCM Syndrome Types of Kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness in adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome.Observe the change of Testosterone of this type disease before and after the treatment which stop treating 3 months,and then evaluate the change index which caused by the treatment plan of Tiaojing recipe combined with Diane-35.And reckon the improvement situation of clinical syndrome of kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome which treated by Tiaojing recipe combined with Diane-35,and estimate the improvement situation of menstruation,hairiness,acne and Body Mass Index and the number of ovarian follicles which represent the sign of Kaohsiung hormone syndrome.Providing a scientific basis for clinic in treating Kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome Kaohsiung hormone syndrome.Methods: By cluster sampling method,collecting 60 patients of the Syndrome of kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome in polycystic ovary syndrome in Kaohsiung from September 2014 to September 2015,visited to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,the First Affiliated Hospital,Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All the visitors were divided into 2 groups by random row list method:treatment group of 30 cases,which treated by tiaojing recipe combined with Diane-35,and the matched group of 30 cases treated just by Diane-35.Observe and record the serum free testosterone level and improvement of clinical symptoms before and after the treatment,and record the follow-up serum free testosterone level,and will be compared by Statistical analysis between groups.Results: After the treatment,the level of serum T value,the ratio of LH/FSH and the mass index were lower than before the treatment,by statistical analysis,the effect of treatment group is better than the control group(P< 0.05);but the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups in treating acne and hairiness(P > 0.05).Both the two groups have improvement effect for Kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome,by statistical analysis,the total treatment efficiency of treatment group is 86.67%,and the matched group's is 73.33%;Both the two groups have improvement effect for Kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome,by statistical analysis,the total treatment efficiency of treatment group is 90%,and the matched group is 73.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,which indicates that the treatment group is better than the control group.After stop the treatment for 3 months,the two groups were checked to determine the serum T value,and by statistically analysis,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,and the curative effect of treatment group is better than the other one.Results:(1)The curative effect Tiaojing decoction combined with-35 serum T was lower than the control group;(2)Tiaojing decoction combined with-35 can reduce the levels of LH and LH / FSH ratio and body mass index;(3)Tiaojing decoction combined with-35 can significantly improve the patients clinical symptoms and Kaohsiung hormone of kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome.
