Clinical Study On The Effect Of Combined With Diane-35 Treating Yangjing Daotan Decoction Idney-Deficiency And Phlegm-dampness Type Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effect of Yangjing Daotan decoction combined with Diane-35 treatment of idney-Deficiency and Phlegm-Dampness Type polycystic ovary syndrome,and explore its possible mechanism and provide scientific basis for clinical treatment of PCOS with the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Methods: This study collected according to the diagnostic standard of kidney deficiency and phlegm type 60 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,union group(Yangjing Daotan decoction combined with Diane-35)30 cases,Western medicine group(with Diane-35)30 cases.Continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles.The levels of sex hormones(FSH、LH、LH/FSH、E2、T),menstrual and other TCM syndromes,ovarian volume,body mass index(BMI),waist to hip ratio(WHR)and BBT were observed before and after treatment.Result:1.The total effective rate was 86.67% in combination group and 63.33% in western medicine group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The two groups could improve the TCM syndrome of PCOS kidney deficiency and phlegm damp syndrome.The combined group was superior to the western medicine group(P < 0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the combined group was found to have a lasting effect in the treatment of the disease and the patient’s condition was not easy to repeat(P > 0.05).The symptoms of Western medicine group were easy to repeat after stopping(P < 0.05).The two groups had a certain regulating effect on the level of sex hormone,which could effectively reduce the value of serum LH,LH/FSH and T(P < 0.05).After the treatment,the two groups were compared with the western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in FSH before and after treatment(P > 0.05).The level of E2 in the combined group increased after treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment in western medicine had littleeffect on the level of E2(P > 0.05).4.The two groups have a certain role in improving body mass index,acne,ovarian volume and basic body temperature,and the combination group is better than the western medicine group,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.The two groups had no significant improvement in hirsutism before and after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).6.There were 3 cases of pregnancy in March and no pregnancy in the control group.Because the number of cases is too few,it is not analyzed.Conclusion: the essence of Daotan decoction combined with-35 in the treatment of kidney deficiency and phlegm type PCOS can improve the total effect,from the overall improvement of TCM symptoms,endocrine regulation,regulating metabolism,promote the recovery of ovarian function,it has a reliable clinical value.
