Cure Phlegm Diaochong Party Joint Diane-35 In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome And Its Effect Against Anti-Mullerian Hormone Of Clinical Research

Objective: Observed in the application of Diane-35 joint cure phlegm DiaoChong on the basis of the menstrual cycle in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and clinical manifestations of syndromes,the improvement of the symptom such as acne and luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),serum free Testosterone(Testosterone,T),resistance to seedling le tube hormone(Anti-Mullerian hormone,AMH),body mass index(BMI)clinical indicators,the effects of evaluation of cure phlegm DiaoChong party joint Diane-35 the clinical curative effect of treating PCOS,provide scientific basis for treatment of the disease;Preliminary exploration of the effect of this scheme on AMH and the mechanism of AMH in PCOS lays the foundation for the exploration of diagnosis,treatment and prediction of the disease.Method :Observation and collection of 60 cases meet the study criteria for the phlegm wet resistance type PCOS patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in the control group treated with Diane-35,on the basis of the control group and treatment group with phlegm DiaoChong party,treatment for 3 months,observe and record the menstruation situation of two groups of patients before and after treatment,TCM syndrome integral,serum levels of the hormone(FSH,LH,T),resistance to seedling le tube hormones,body mass index(BMI),acne,ovarian volume and ovarian sinus follicle number(Antral follicle count,AFC),AMH and T,and the correlation of AFC are compared,and observation and statistical analysis.Result :(1)The two groups after treatment in patients with LH,T,AMH level was all decreased,compared the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05),the two groups after treatment in patients with LH,T,AMH level compared with significant difference(P < 0.05);(2)The two groups after treatment in patients with acne score,body mass index(bmi)was compared with a certain degree of decline,the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05),the two groups after treatment in patients with acne compared,body mass index had obvious difference(P < 0.05);(3)The two groups after treatment in patients with sinus follicle number was compared with a certain degree of reduction,the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05),compared two groups after treatment in patients with sinus follicle Numbers have obvious difference(P < 0.05);(4)Two kinds of solution treatment phlegm wet resistance type PCOS have curative effect,the TCM syndrome curative effect of treatment group total effective rate was 93.33%,the control group was 60%,the two have significant difference(P < 0.05);(5)FSH levels after treatment in both groups was no obvious changes,compared the differences between the two groups were not significant(P > 0.05);(6)After treatment,the ovary volume of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the ovary volume between the two groups(P > 0.05);(7)The AMH level in PCOS patients was positively correlated with T and AFC,and the r value was 0.824 and 0.875 respectively.Conclusion:(1)Based on the application of Diane-35,combined treatment of phlegm can reduce serum LH,T and AMH levels in patients with PCOS,improve the status of ovarian follicle,and the efficacy is better than the simple use of the Diane-35 group;However,in improving the volume of ultrasound ovary,the two groups were equally effective;(2)Cure phlegm DiaoChong party joint Diane-35 in improving the disease in patients with clinical symptoms such as menstrual disorders,acne,obesity and phlegmy wet type resistance syndromes effect has significant advantages,has the characteristics of small side effects,drug safety and clinical efficacy,can further popularization and application;(3)PCOS patients AMH was positively correlated with androgen levels and ovarian sinus follicle number,may for the mechanism of PCOS ovulation disorders;AMH is a sensitive index of PCOS patients,which can be used to determine the severity of the disease and the criteria for the prognosis of the disease.
