Clinical Research On Venesection And Phlebotomy Therapy With Acupuncture Treatment Of Sthenic Acne

ObjectiveObservation of pricking blood therapy combined with acupuncture evidence of efficacy and safety of acne, and to explore its mechanism of action, for the clinical exploration of a simple and effective, easy to operate treatment。MethodsWill meet the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, 60 cases of acne were randomly divided into empirical pricking blood therapy combined with acupuncture,30 patients with sour cream and topical Victoria A control group of 30 patients were given pricking blood therapy combined with acupuncture treatment control group D A topical acid cream treatment, both groups were treated for 4 weeks before and after treatment are integrated with acne lesion classification system to rate the two groups were calculated integral skin lesions before and after treatment to evaluate two methods effect.ResultsBaseline data before treatment groups by chi-square test and t test are comparable (P>0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate was 96.7% in the control group was 83.3%, efficacy of the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05), two points after treatment were significantly improved skin lesions, but the treatment group were skin significantly decreased loss of points, the difference between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), suggest pricking blood and acupuncture can more significantly reduce skin lesions, the cure rate and effective rate. There was no obvious side effects two groups.Conclusions Pricking blood and acupuncture can be safely and effectively reduce the integral skin lesions of patients, the overall effective than the external dimension A acid cream, high cure rate of the method, easy to operate, non-toxic side effects, it is in the clinical application.
