Objectives:To observe the clinical effects on the hot wheezing treating by purging fu-organs to eliminate heat soup and venesection and phlebotomy therapy, then discusses its function mechanism to provide the industry standards for it.Method:60 suitable hot wheezing patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group were given methylprednisolone 8mg bid and Controlled Release Aminophylline 0.2 Q12h as the guidelines to the global asthma prevention and treatment. If infected, Levofloxacin was given.The treatment group were given purging fu-organs to eliminate heat soup and venesection and phlebotomy therapy in the base of the normal western medicine treatment. The total effect rate, the ACT scale and the EOS in the blood were compared.Result:The CBR of the treatment group was 16.17% and the total effect rate was 93.33%, evidently higher than 6.67% and 73.33% of the control group (P<0.05). The total effect rate of the clinical sypmtoms was 93.33%, evidently higher than 76.67% of the control group(P<0.05). The seizure free rate in the ACT scale was 16.67%, the totol control rate was 86.67%, evidently superior to the control group (P<0.05). The EOS in the blood in the treatment group was descend, superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects on the hot wheezing treating by purging fu-organs to eliminate heat soup and venesection and phlebotomy therapy was 93.33%,.It can improve the general condition, symptom and quality of live and can alleviate inflammation in the air passage, lower the reactivity of the air passage and blood eosinophilic granulocyte.
