Objective:Based on the study of 16 Y chromosome Short Tandem Repeats(STR)locis in Korean population in Yanbian area of Jilin Province,the frequency distribution and related genetic parameters of Korean population in Yanbian area of Jilin were analyzed statistically and correlated with the haplotype And to provide identification data for the identification and individual identification of the Korean people in the Korean people,to promote the establishment of the Y chromosome STR locus database of the Korean population in Jilin region;to enrich the genetic data of the Chinese Korean population,to be forensic,human genetic Research and other related disciplines to provide data for reference.Methods:DNA was extracted from whole blood DNA mini,and 16 Y chromosome STR locis(DYS389I,DYS385,DYS389?,DYS458,DYS 393,DYS 438,DYS 436,DYS 436,DYS 438,DYS 438,DYS 392,DYS 437,DYS385a/b,DYS393,DYS439)were amplified by PCR using AmpFLSTR(?)Y-filerTM kit in the region.were used to detect the amplified products using the ABI-310 Genetic Analyzer and the GeneMapper ID-Data were genotyped,and the population genetic data were calculated and analyzed by Office software and Arlequin3.11 software.Results:A total of 94 alleles and 58 haplotypes of DYS385a/b were observed in 16 STR locis in Yanbian Korean population of Jilin province,among which DYS437 had three alleles;DYS389I had four alleles;DYS439 had 5 alleles,DYS 19,GATA_H4,DYS448,DYS391,DYS392 have 6 alleles;DYS635,DYS389?,DYS456,DYS390,DYS438 have 7 alleles;the allele frequency is 0.00334(DYS393*16)And 0.8092(DYS 391*10).The genetic diversity of the 16Y-STRs ranged from 0.325(DYS 391)to 0.962(DYS385a/b).There were 283 different haplotypes in the 304 Yanbian Korean population,of which 263 were unique.The observed haplotypes diversity was 0.9999,and the genotype distribution of 16 Y-STR locis in the Yanbian Korean population was compared with that of the domestic ones.Moerover,P-value and genetic distance(F-st)between different groups of different loci were obtained from different ethnic groups and different ethnic groups.Conclusion:6 Y chromosome STR locis have good genetic polymorphism in Yanbian Korean population of Jilin province,and have strong ability of individual recognition.It is suitable for the analysis of forensic identification of Yanbian Korean population in Jilin province.The forensic analysis of the Korean people and the forensic analysis of individual identification provide a scientific basis for providing scientific research on anthropology,genetics and other aspects of scientific research.
