Objective:To study the distribution of genetic polymophism with five X chromosome STR loci DXS6789、DXS6804、DXS6807、DXS7133、GATA144D04 from Chinese Korean and Han population, for poviding reference data in Forensic medicine individual identification, Paternity identification, anthropology and supplementing the polymorphism data in X chromosome STR loci database.Methods:The blood DNA were extracted from unrelated Chinese Korean and Han and tested by amplifying the techniques of PCR, Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver-staining aims for DNA typing. According to the naming principles recommended by DNA commission of the International Society of Forensic Genetics, the alleles were named. The Excel and the Arlequin 3.11 were applied to calculate and analysis the genetics statistics of populations.Results:By analyzing the DXS6789、DXS6804、DXS6807、DXS7133、GATA144D04 loci, there were 9、7、8、5、8 alleles detected from Han population,8、8、7、6、8 alleles detected from Chinese Korean population, there were 19、19、16、7、19 genetypes detected from the Han females. Among the Chinese Korean females,19、 17、14、7、21 genetypes were detected. The five loci were accumulatived,152 haplotypes were detected from the Han males, and the haplotype diversity was 0.9938; 152 haplotypes were detected from the Chinese Korean males, and the haplotype diversity was 0.9952.To observe the DXS6789、DXS6804、DXS6807、DXS7133、 GATA144D04 loci each of the females coincided the Hardy -Weinberg balance law. In Han population Discrimination Power of male were 0.7272、0.7510、0.6893、0.4182、 0.7135; the Hobs were 0.68、0.72、0.685、0.45、0.69; Discrimination Power of female were 0.862、0.891、0.835、0.654、0.873; Power of Exclusion were 0.398、0.453、 0.405、0.147、0.411 and PIC were 0.65、0.70、0.62.0.40、0.67. In Chinese Korean population Discrimination Power of male were 0.7310、0.7466、0.6682、0.4104、 0.7345. the Hobs were 0.77、0.73、0.675、0.535、0.70; Discrimination Power of female were 0.859、0.901、0.824、0.642、0.869; Power of Exclusion were 0.545、0.476、 0.391、0.220、0.428 and PIC were 0.67、0.71、0.60、0.40、0.68. According to the data of these X-STRs from different groups, differences were obviously founded.Conclusion:DXS6789、DXS6804、DXS6807、GATA144D04 loci were highly diverse X-STRs and valuable in Individual Identification and Paternity identification in Yanbian area, but DXS7133 locis were not. Comparing the data of these X-STRs from different groups, differences were obviously founded. In this institute, genetic polymorphism data with five X-STR loci can provide in Forensic medicine individual identification, Paternity identification, Population genetics for basic data. And it can supplement the X-STR database.
