Objective:Discuss Baofukang suppository combined with anti HPV protein biological dressing in the treatment of cervical high-risk types of human papillomavirus(mainly for HPV16 type or 18 infection)effectiveness,trying to find a effective method of resistance to high-risk type HPV infection,so as to prevent the further development of the disease in time,reduce the incidence of precancerous lesions and cervical cancer.Methods:Selecting wuhan the fourth hospital between January 2016 and September 2016 at the records of 90 patients diagnosed with cervical outpatient high-risk type HPV infection patients,randomly divided into 3 groups,each group 30 cases,both in the menstruation clean 3 days later start medication,in every night before going to bed with warm water after cleaning the vulva after put drugs in the vagina dome,drug use and observation period if need to use a condom sexual life.Baofukang suppository group: 1 times/day,2 tablets,1 courses of 16 days,a total of 3 courses;anti HPV biological protein materials group: 1 cigarettes/day,Once every two days,1 cycles of 10 times,a total of 3 courses;The combination group: the anti HPV protein biological dressing 1cigarettes/day,Baofukang suppository 2 capsules/day,two drugs are used alternately,each for 10 days,20 days for a course of treatment for 3courses.Discontinuation in a month after the review of clinical symptoms of patients in each group respectively(discharge,bleeding after intercourse),the degree of cervical erosion,laboratory tests(HPV type,blood routine,urine routine,liver function,renal function);Again three months after discontinuation of HPV types detection of patients in each group.Results:1 ? A month after the discontinuation of Baofukang suppository combined with anti HPV protein biological dressing in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection curative effect,the total effective rate was 76.7%,significantly higher than the other two groups(Baofukang suppository group total effectiveness 46.7%,anti HPV protein biological dressing group the total efficiency of 66.7%).2?The clinical symptoms of withdrawal after a month of Baofukang suppository combined with anti HPV protein biological dressing in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection was significantly improved,the total effective rate was 70%,significantly higher than the other two groups(Baofukang suppository group total effectiveness 33%,anti HPV protein biological dressing group the total efficiency of 53%).3?A month after the discontinuation of Baofukang suppository combined with anti HPV protein biological dressing,Baofukang suppository group,anti HPV protein biological dressing group in the treatment of cervical erosion rate were 16.7%,10%,6.67%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4?Safety observation: three groups of patients before and after treatment the blood routine,stool routine,urine routine,liver function,renal function,no abnormal change,no adverse events occurred.5?Three months after discontinuation of Baofukang suppository combined with anti HPV protein biological dressing in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection curative effect,the total effective rate was 86.7%,significantly higher than the other two groups(Baofukang suppository group total effectiveness 66.7%,anti HPV protein biological dressing group the total efficiency of 73.3%).Conclusion:Baofukang suppository combined with anti HPV protein biological dressing remarkable curative effect in treatment of high-risk HPV infection,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,improve the conversion rate of hr-HPV.The effect is better than that of any of these drugs,and clinical application of safe and reliable,no obvious side effects.
